Top marks ? Should change the name to Top hammer. I usually use Wheel power in Brockley but i tried top marks before as they where closer so i thought ill use them again. Big mistake. I took a freshly restored M3, everything on the underside was in mint condition. I heard hammering going on and i asked the guy whats he doing ? He said the rear arms seized . I said no way thats all been restored. He then went to get his boss who then gave him a rubber mallet and told me its normal for this to be hammered? Ive had many bmws aligned and ive never seen anyone attacking it with a hammer. Im in the trade myself so i know thats not the correct way. So theyve damaged the freshly painted arm and broken some of the plastic trims. Pics attached. Not only is the paint damaged but there are indents in the trailing arm.So never using them again and ill stick to the usual place Wheel power brockley

The clue is in the name: Mark's Top Marks really does get top marks! Went there on a Saturday near closing time for one replacement tyre and received swift, competent, friendly and respectful service at a good price. And they even inflated my other tyres for free! We've used Top Marks for years and would never go anywhere else.

Took my Range Rover Velar here, for wheel alignment. They use a Hunter Hawkeye which is definetly one of the more capable geometry rigs on the market. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and informative. They only charge based on the amount of adjustments required. Very quick, easy and sensibly priced. Highly recommend, and would certainly use again for any of my cars!

Mark and the team know how to look after their customers. Their whole ethos is give the best possible and honest service and customers will come back. It is always a healthy number of happy customers whenever I use them. They have been in the area many years now and if you are ever in need of tyres, brakes, wheel allignment etc then take it from me, who has been 22+ years in the motor trade, don't go anywhere else!!! I visited Topmarks on Friday morning (29th September) last week. I got there at opening time with no appointment - I had a tyre on my BMW 440 which had a slow puncture due to a nail. I got seen really quickly and you could see they were short staffed and really busy. They still managed to help me quickly and replace all (in the end 3 tyres) I needed straight away, along with some alignment work. Really good customer service, in particular from Ross, who carried out the work, was clear in what the issues were and was honest about what was needed and the next steps. All in all, I highly recommend Topmarks for your tyre or alignment needs - they are a good old, honest and local family business that I really value in these days where you are not sure you who you can trust when it comes to car maintenance. Deffo will recommend and going back there again.

Outstanding service & Care! (RECOMMENDED) I took my BMW e91 here for wheel alignment, it's lowered with sports springs and aftermarket toes which seized up!, they took gentle care and assessment, advised me to return back after getting the nut freed because they don't want to put heat and damage it, meanwhile they have adjusted all other parts, I was surprised by their knowledge about BMW's.I returned the next day, and my wheels have been aligned to factory spec, they used Hunter laser machine. The car now drives superbly.. wow! Thanks!!!See you again!
