Just phoned up to enquire about the price for some parts and was told they don't deal with private sales. I've been a mechanic for 34 years and still involved in the motor trade but I'm not allowed to order parts through work.

We spend lots of money on parts within our BodyShop group TPS sent us a wrong wheel for a vehicle we returned it in the box in new condition , we are still waiting for our credit note .We spoken to James who is most unhelpful to ask for our credit note who is now telling us the wheel came back damaged even though they have had it back a month and no credit note will be given .Stay clear poor service .

Very annoyed that TPS weren't open to the public. I understand times are difficult at the moment but every other parts suppliers seem to be open to the public. What's the difference

Best place for VAG parts when you need them quick 90% of the time the products are in stock and they are cheaper than the main dealer. Have used them multiple time already and will continue to do so when I needs parts.This is where the main dealers actually get there parts from to start with so cut out the middle man and use TPS.

I have been dealing with TPS for years and never had a problem, or been told this was against their business model. I am a fully qualified mechanic but do not run my own garage. Today, after trying to buy a part for a VW, I have been told TPS only deal with garages !!! - after a tightening up of their practices". Perhaps they should also look at dealing with long term loyal customers within their new working practices.I rang the number in the reply

Its better range of Audi parts also a lot cheaper than going to dealers. Especially if you are fleet owner or even commercial vehicle owner.
