Williams BMW Bodyshop

Worst customer care you could imagine, always saying they would “ring me back” “let me know” would never hear from them. Brought my car to them thinking with it being under the brand of BMW it would be in good hands but couldn’t be anymore wrong. Gave me the car back with mismatching coloured bumpers to the rest of the car, just genuinely had no real care for the work they were doing on a brand new 69 plate car and after getting stuff rectified with great trouble I then realised a little problem but as of all previous hassle I wanted to take my car elsewhere but the manager was insisting my car had been worked on elsewhere when the only work done to my car was done by him as he was the only one authorised to work on it! Saying he had CCTV of them not using white undercoat yet there was overspray of white on my fog surrounds and orange on top of that, so all he was really good at was coming out with constant lies and trying to pass the blame for his poor workmanship. Personally think he just is in way to deep with stuff he doesn’t know anything about and doesn’t care about people’s possessions.

The worst most stressful experience I’ve ever had with BMW.Never get your vehicle repaired at BMW Stockport. The car has been in their possession for around 2 months and repairs still not complete! Very arrogant staff and that’s IF you can get through to them on the phone. Constantly telling you your car will be ready next week but next week never comes. Very slow unreliable service and no courtesy vehicle offered! AVOID!!

The manager (Sam/Sean-he never gave his name) is the rudest, most obnoxious and patronising BMW employee I’ve ever met. His hubris is matched only by his inability to help. I have previously used this Bodyshop and been very happy but I will gladly never set foot in this place ever again. The crazy thing is, the dolt that is allowed to represent the brand in this place will not care one way or the other-evidence of the importance he ascribes to customer service. How he is allowed to run this place is beyond me. He clearly hates his job.

My car went into the body shop for repair 5 weeks ago following an accident and this was the garage the insurance sent me to. So many mix ups and delays in getting the parts and whilst i am aware that parts are difficult to get hold of at the moment after lots of phone calls i have found out the reason the parts are delayed is honda have not received payment from the garage so are refusing to send the parts. Having had years of experience in administration I am well aware of the fact that this could be sorted out in one day by Williams accounts department speaking to Honda accounts department but instead i am left without my car for weeks and just going round in circles.

We had an incident where another vehicle hit us, we wanted BMW repair with genuine parts etc, we came here and it was just perfect. James was amazing he kept us in the loop at all times and the repair was faultless. Every part of the service was amazing thank you James and the team at Williams BMW Bodyshop you were 10/10.

Possibly the worst customer experience I've ever encountered. No one answers any phones, they are allowed to ring off the hook, when I called into the dealership I was told yes I'm busy" from the manager

I brought my car here recently after it had been damaged in an accident. Didn’t end up having any work done as car was total loss but the guys in the office were really friendly and helpful. Great customer service, thank you!

I recently found a fault with the bodywork of my Audi so took my pride & joy to Williams were the manager gave it a good look over.I was shocked when he informed me that it had a bad repair....hard for an untrained eye to see but when pointing out the small details it was obvious.Williams's manager told me they would look after me which they did from start to finish, fitting me in straight away, they also provided a courtesy car for a small extra fee.I picked up my car within in a week of dropping it off.I can honestly say that the work they carried out was impressive....as good as new.To summarize....Williams repair centre are friendly, professional & easy to deal with.There maybe cheeper alternatives out there in my opinion you get what you pay for, especially in this line of work.Thanks

Helpful staff and good work carried out. The cars come out looking like new after the accident damage is all repaired. Friendly and polite staff on arrival.

Saj and the team are really customer focused, and I was impressed by the level of service, politeness and courtesy from everyone I dealt with. I had my car in there for some repairs, the quality of the work is great, however when I came to pick it up there were a few slight issues, which can happen at any garage. The team really went above and beyond to resolve the issues and ensure I was happy before receiving the car back, with Omar bringing the car back and to me and Saj keeping me informed of what was going on in the background to resolve everything.
