I’ve been going to Chelsie at Wisteria Lane to have my nails done for almost 2 years now and I’m always really happy with the service. Everyone in the salon is super friendly and I always enjoy the vibe. The colour selection is amazing (soooo many to choose from) and the nail art on offer is fab too.

Lovely experience at Wisteria Lane for my wedding in July 2022. They did my bridal nails and nails for 3 other people too. They made us feel very special. We even brought in some bubbley to celebrate while we were pampered. Thank you! Alison

I was very impressed by the level of service provided, from booking my appointment to visiting the salon. Lucy did my nails with great care using builder gel. She listened to my nail concerns and I couldn't have been more pleased with the result and the guidance I received to help strengthen my nails. It's rare to find a nail salon with such level of service and expertise. This was my first visit and I look forward to visiting again! Thank you, Lucy and team.

I would highly recommend Wisteria Lane. I had a wax there recently and it was a brilliant experience. My skin is calm and free from irritation. Lucy is excellent and made me feel at ease. Best waxing studio in Bath!

Very nice pedicure so nothing wrong with the service. Be aware they do not take credit cards. Cash only or bank transfer, not sure what that is, maybe like Venmo but anyway, had to go get cash to pay. Would not have gone there if I knew. The excuse was the nail techs are all independent. So what? Most salons that have independent nail techs take credit cards via their phones. Have never run into this while traveling. Seems a bit dodgy like they don’t want any records of a transaction.

Wisteria Lane such abysmal place. They gave me someone who is not professional and while she is doing her work i taught her what she have to do !She can’t clean around the nails!!!The other two girls I think they are racists(:They were in bad mood while they were talking to me because I am not British.I feel this salon’s high rating is unjustified.I gave you my money be polite! On 29th of AprilManicure.

Had a lovely experience at Wisteria. Chelsea was able to fit me in very last minute and did a great job with my nails. Loved the colour options.

I recently had my nails done for a wedding. I never normally use gel nails so was a new experience. Whilst I was really pleased with the finish and how they lasted, the removal of the gel has been incredible disappointing - I naturally have usually strong nails and I was advised that when I get my gel nails removed to get this done in a salon and this wouldn't be damaging to my nails. I did as advised and a sanding device was used to remove my gel nail. The lady doing it told me it was just taking off the gel layer and not touching my natural nail however this is unrealistic and has turned out not to be the case. Since my gel nail removal my nails have been incredibly brittle and braking at light touch. My nails have been left damaged by this removal process and I feel like the team (and perhaps the beauty industry more widely) need to be more honest about the damage gel nail removal can do.
