Came to London and I was pleasantly surprised when I tried the food at this place. The food had so much flavor and wasn’t too spicy. The workers were super nice and made us comfortable!

Doesn’t take credit cards, apparently.I ordered butter chicken, and im not sure what they gave me but it wasn’t what I ordered. What I took home was bright yellow and tasted sweet. I have no idea how they got the order wrong, because the receipt I was given was correct, and I was the only person in the restaurant so they couldn’t have gotten me confused with someone else.London is full of Indian restaurants. Skip this one.

- Not as good food as it used to be years ago… very little meat in dishes- dirty tablecloth- Also does not say at outset that does not take payment by cards (even though it has visa ads in the windows!)- and adds Service charge without telling!!I used to love that local neighbourhood place : too sad how it changed

Good food although I think portions are shrinking, a lot of sauce but only 4 pièces of chicken. Very friendly and polite service, you can bring your wine but they make great non alcoholic drinks. Reasonable prices, good location, not busy or noisy.

Wonderful restaurant, tiki masala and chicken madras were one of the best we ever had. We enjoyed the diner!!

Excellent Indian food! Absolutely recommendedBUTWhen the handwritten invoice came, after 20‘ of waiting they told us, the card reader is down and they can just accept cash. An ATM is very close by - but that charges 15% surcharge… Very disappointing. They did not tell any guest that only cash works - just when it came to payments.

Food was not too bad but watch out for what seem to be, from reading other reviews, standard catches. I ate last night with my son and ordered four popadoms. When the bill came it was changed to 6. Then we were told it us cash only. Fortunately we had some cash but we were then told they had no change and so could only offer us half of what they should have done in change. Only when I challenged this did they offer a note to reduce the bill. If you go, the food is OK but watch out for the tricks with the bill!

A local favourite, I was back again for as always, a delicious meal. The chicken tikka was tender and flavoursome. My sister introduced me to their biryani, which is served with a very good vegetable curry. And kofta dessert is irresistible.

Terrible. What seemed like the manager/ owner try to overcharge us on the pappads. Most importantly, the owner was rude and very curt with us when we asked a question about the student discount (being uni students ourselves). Main veggie courses were bland and flavourless. Samosas were abominably tiny and all the sauces were sweet? Nothing savoury or spicy on offer.
