Took them over a month to get my contact lenses and the ones I got are of the wrong power. Complete waste of time and money, would definitely not recommend.

DO NOT go here. Just save yourself the time, money and pain. had the most horrible experience,Had the eye test and got the glasses few weeks later, however the power and everything was wrong. I tried them out for a week to make sure, then went to the opticians and they basically ignored me and told me I was just not used to them, and told me to try them out for ANOTHER 2 weeks before coming back, so I had to wear them for more time which meant I got bad headaches and my eyes were in pain during that time. Finally I went back to get them replaced after much hassle, however I was unable to collect them in Birmingham as by that time it was summer. The optician provided me an email in which I could contact them to receive the glasses at my new postal address. The email they provided was invalid, so I had to get my friend in Birmingham to contact them in person, and provide them with my email /address so they could reach out to me and send. They did NOT reach out to me, so for months I went without glasses. When I got back to uni I finally got the glasses, (they’d forgot ??), So for almost half year I’ve been wearing these glasses, and AGAIN I kept still getting headaches and eye strain, but because it wasn’t as bad as the first pair and it took almost 6 months total to actually get them, I just couldn’t deal with getting them checked out again. In the end the headaches got so bad that I had to go to a different opticians, who when they saw the quality of the glasses they said although the power was right, how they were made with their height, width, focus etc. Was completely wrong for my eyes and how I wear them. DO NOT GO HERE, such a waste of money and complete hassle!! Have no idea how they screwed up my glasses so badly!!
