I came in here Christmas time to buy my boyfriend dior sauvage but not gonna lie to u I wasn't really 100% sure what I was doing but the lady working was very friendly and straight forward sent the receipt straight away to my email it was an overall positive experience and my boyfriend loved his gift

I would never use this store or company to purchase anything again. I have received nothing but hassle trying to retrieve firstly a parcel that was guaranteed for next day delivery then my refund. After it not arriving the next day as promised I spent all weekend trying to track down the parcel. No one in store or in the customer service department was any help at all. I was repeatedly told I just needed to wait for this parcel to arrive. I waited and guess what......the parcel still didn't arrive! After me spending all day either on the phone to the courier or the store itself I had to again go out of my way, drive back to the store to get a refund as the item never arrived. I have never dealt with such poor customer service in my life. Absolutely disgraceful, rest assured with all the competition on the market for fragrances I will never be a paying customer again.I recommend a review of your customer service training programme that's filtered down to both the customer service team and those in store.RegardsKayleigh

Different variety for men and women who are on a budget or want to get expensive aftershave/perfume

I popped in to buy something but wanted to judge on my own merits what I wanted exactly.The older lady asked what I was looking for and I replied that I was just look". Despite playing down my activities and repeating that I was only looking I received constant questions like "who was I buying for" and "what price range was I looking at". In the end I walked away because I was not getting the time to look. This lady needs to learn when to be "there" and when not to interact with the customer."

Excellent and helpful staff that helped me selecting a gift for a friend within my price range.Make sure you have your email address at hand as your receipt is sent by email.
