I like the fact you can go in, measure up what you need and pay for just that. So you don't pay for excess wood. Guys seemed friendly. Wood seemed good quality. But knocked a star off as originally I went to buy from them on a Saturday morning as they were advertised as open but they were closed. Other people were there to do the same also and had wasted journeys. Speaking to someone else on site from another unit apparently they often don't open on a Saturday. So something to bare in mind. But I've been back midweek for another project and they were open.

A good measure of a business is how they handle an issue, I am pleased to say that having found an issue with my purchase and informed the manager not only was I advised that it would be put right but also it was completed faster than I expected.Great result, thanks to Lawrence and his team, very happy to carry on using.

First time I visited. Exceptionally helpful friendly ppl. Bent over backwards to help me with a difficult problem. Several builders suppliers in the area but I'd recommend CRS over all of them.
