We had a leak on our boiler in our caravan and having had bad service from a previous plumber, we looked for someone to fix the problem. Richard squeezed us into his busy schedule and came to fix the leak. We were so impressed with his professional and friendly manner. He gave us advice on how to pressure hose our van and installed a tap outside for that purpose. He will be our go-to plumber from now on.

I needed a plumber at short notice following a burst pipe. Having seen Richards reviews online, I decided to give him a call. He turned up within two hours and it took him about 30 minutes to fix the issue and get the water back on. Genuinely nice guy and very competent. Would definitely recommend.

We had a water leak coming from our bathroom sink running down the wall into our kitchen below. Richard came round and quickly spotted a leak on one of the basin taps. He came round and fitted the replacement taps in no time at all. Friendly, experienced and reliable service and would recommend to anyone in the area who needs a plumber.

What a lovely man! Pleasant, polite, on time, knowledgable and available. He replaced a kitchen tap at my son’s house then gave me advice on an issue at mine, without charging the earth. Will definitely contact Richard again for future work. Highly recommended tradesman. Thank you.

I contacted Richard for a quotation for water leak in my bathroom. Within couple of hours he inspected the bathroom & diagnosed the problem (My previous handyman failed to find the problem) & called me with a quote while he was in the property. He managed to repair the leak & remove the wet carpet & was also very helpful in giving a rough estimate of replacing the carpet with vinyl flooring. He also agreed to go back in couple of weeks after the floor is dry & put the vinyl flooring. Excellent speed of service.

Had a small leak on my WC cistern, called Richard, late in the evening, he responded immediately and came the following day to carry out repairs. Not only were the repairs done which was by poor workmanship on somebody else's behalf, Richard checked the whole system and renewed several poor parts.Couldn't thank him enough very professional, quick and reasonably priced. Someone I shall definitely use in the future.

We phoned Richard early this afternoon regarding a faulty toilet; he said that he could come tomorrow then phoned to say he could come this afternoon. The toilet's fixed, he was friendly and professional, we are delighted. We will certainly use him again.
