Had to come here today to have four brand new tyres fitted before the Mot. We agreed on a price and four Bridgestone tyres were fitted. I would just like to thank Ian and the staff for a great job and I will definitely be coming back.

Great employees, needed my tyre replacing due to going over a pothole, booked it in for the Friday but as soon as the tyre was in they contacted me and sorted it within a couple of hours even though I wasn’t booked in that day. Top class service to get me back on the road!

The service was good but they promised to replace my battery for an OEM, they quote the price regarding an OEM and one day after I realised that the battery is a generic, I bought a generic one for a OEM price. Disappointed

I'm really unsatisfied and disappointed with the service I received today with this branch, a man who was at the reception did not provide a good service, my tyre got a puncher and my car is mobility in name of my mum, he repaired the tyre but when I asked him why did you not put the car’s Jack in the place, he said it's not my responsibility!!! But I was in the Kwik Fit branch in Fallowfield a month ago, and they changed the tyre and put everything back, which means it is part of the Kwik Fit job. I don't recommend this branch especially to those who have a mobility car.

I was able to get my tyre changed in advance of the booking I had made online … very helpful of the Stretford location manager and tyre fitter. An excellent overall KF experience.

Absolute rip off stay away at all cost.Charged 120 for a tyre which should no nore than 40 pounds. Stuck in a Vulnerable situation and the exploited on the situation

Not sure if it's 1 staff member or all, but they overcharge and if you aren't familiar with policy r.e mot retesting (and i can only assume other things) they will take the mick and by take the mick i mean get more money out of you than necessary. They are also miserable and somewhat rude in there.

Popped in to get my battery tested as it was repeatedly giving trouble by losing its charge.I was told it was fine it was probably with something draining the charge whilst the car is parked overnight.Thanks. Would have given 5 stars if there was a hot drink to be had in the garage as it was cold.
