This is a super store. Great staff whom all seem to share a love of crafting (look around the store and you'll spot their creations helping to inspire you) and unlike other large chain stores, there are lots of them to help advise you. Over 2 floors, there's everything you could want from baking, painting, sewing, and so much more. Prices are reasonable and a super choice. I'd definitely recommend a visit. Parking is easy and very close by. Also, super close to lots of other great shops on these 2 adjacent retail parks.

I love this store, its never too busy so you can browse in peace. They generally have everything I need, and its reasonably priced. Free parking is available close to the store.

The shop was decent but It doesn't have a lot of craft tools just the main things.Then when I was about to pay there was a problem with my card then the black haired woman at the checkout said this is not your card" with a skeptical look which was a bit rude to say to a customer that buying from your store."

Friendly staff, free parking. Clean store, stocked well. Got these jars for a bargain price, plus they were 3 for 2 and I was emailed a voucher.

She told me that the store did not sell the item I was looking for, but when I turned to walk away, I saw them on the shelf right next to her! I pointed them out to her, and she said: oh

One of the bigger Hobbycraft stores in the local area. The staff are always very helpful and knowledgeable. Several times I've asked staff for their opinions on different resources I could use or on the amounts of each product I need. Always keen to help and hear about your projects.Store is clean and tidy. Aisles are usually kept tidy and clear. Often visited with a pushchair and a friend in a wheelchair and have never had any issues regarding access around the store.Lift has always been in working order.There can be a queue at the moment due to limiting numbers within the store, but the bollards show where to queue and it hasn't been a problem.

Popped into the haberdashery to buy fabrics and lots of goodies but staff were not very attentive, or informed about the fabrics, threads or pretty much anything sewing related. I had lots of questions to ask but found I was really on my own as a first time sewer! All I would say to people is do your research on what you need to buy before arriving to the store so you don't walk around lost!
