Fantastic service and very transparent too. We get sent transcripts of all chats that are taken on our behalf so we can see the level of service our customers are getting. If we want to make any changes to the way chats are handled then we can simply email them and they will update their scripts accordingly.

Excellent service providing not just the software to have live web chat on your website, but also providing the staff to answer them (actual real people based in the UK!!!). They get to know your company and then help your potential customers with any queries. Even better though, they send you all of the chatters" details as well so you have them on the system and can follow up leads. Well worth it."

Initially I wasn't 100% convinced that web chat would be right for my business - but now I wouldn't be without it! I was a bit nervous about letting someone else handle the chats on my behalf, so I decided to answer them in-house. When more of my website visitors starting taking advantage of the chat feature (it proved amazingly popular!), it became too disruptive for my team to handle them, so we then used Live Web Chat to handle the chats too – I only wish we'd done that sooner! Great team of professional and friendly agents. I feel completely confident trusting them to support my website visitors. 5 star service for sure!
