Comfy tickets/ My dream flights.This company should be avoided at all costs. They will take your initial deposit when you want to pay money towards your ticket it becomes a problem. They then become rude snd disrespectful to you. I believe them to be fraudulent unjust scammers. It has been over a week since Mahi AKA Sarah cancelled the bookingbut can't refund me back my deposit. Pls DO NOT give these scammers your money. Boycott them at all costs O have reported them to Actions Fraud. As that is what they are. FRAUDSTERS@!!

They are very cunning and deceitful. They asked me for £100.00 deposit even though I wanted to make full payment but was refused. A month to my flight they changed the price which they verbally assured me will not change and asked for double. I’m still fighting for refund of my deposit. Please avoid these people at all costs.

I found their site on line and they called me up spoke to Rahul and he was very kind and patient and I mentioned I was afraid as I had read on line about the bad reviews. He told me not to worry and helped me find a return ticket to Lagos in July 2023 so he said that I had to use the viva wallet link to pay £100 on the 11.05.23 and the balance 9am 15.05.23. Pleaseant call lots of emails confirming everything. Then the problems starts so 15.05.23 9am came and no call from Rahul and I start to have a sinking feeling and the staff are very clever they start by making out they can't hear you, to Rahul is not here, transferring you to ticket department, call later, i called over 10 times and couldnt get anyone to take the payment. By 5pm I am told yes but Madame you have missed the due time. I then checked with Turkish Airline no booking was ever made and that ticket price did not exist.THIS IS A CON A SCAM AND YOU HAVE TO STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They have not made any effort to refund. I think I will never see the money I paid. DISGUSTING COMPANY IN A COST OF LIVING CRISIS THE OWNER OF THIS CON SCAM COMPANY THINKS ITS OK TO TAKE EVERYONES HARD EARNED CASH. I HAVE PASSED THE DETAILS TO THE MET POLICE AND THE RELEVANT AUTHORITIES THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN AND HE NEEDS TO BE CRIMINALLY CHARGED FOR FRAUD

Don't deal with them. Domain mydreamflight (this company details appears only you pay and lose money from them) looks like genuine with other similar websites but be aware that it is totally run by a scammer.Let me explain why it is legit scam business:Firstly, when you get a quote from their site, you got a call from their expert called Sunny Khan whose intention is only to take advance money £100 per person flight ticket.Secondly, they offer the cheapest flight fare compare to market current market price where the point you are going to be deceived by them.Thirdly, they will send a link to pay advance saying after that you will have to pay the remaining fare, once they confirm the ticket.Finally, they may ask (normally no contact from them) you to DEPOSIT remaining fare otherwise you will lose your money.Their intention is only to take advance money which is a legit scam business.

Please stay away from this company as they will take your deposit and provide no flights at all.It is a 100% scam.I did struggle to get my refund back via my credit card company.

Exactly as everyone else has said. They took my money and I am still fighting to get it back. I had to book a ticket with someone else 2 days before I was planning to travel which cost me more. Their complaints department as not even acknowledged my complaint. Terrible service avoid at all cost.

Should you use them , you will truly not know peace when you realise that they have SCAMMED & DEFRAUDED you.Firstly, please bear in mind that this company does not have any form of ATOL protection meaning that should you purchase tickets from them, you do not have any form of financial protection on your tickets should they stop trading or become financially bankrupt. You can check for yourself on the Civil Aviation Authority website whether they are a registered ATOL licensed holder. THEY ARE NOT!!!Also: please consider the authenticity of their 5 star reviews here on trustpilot whether they are actually real. If you do a little bit of research, you’ll find that many of the accounts who have left a 5 star review, have also all left a review for both “TicketLords” and “Flightsandtickets” - this is incredibly suspicious and seems they are creating fake accounts to leave positive reviews and dilute the real (negative) ones.This is a company that any discerning customer should be INCREDIBLY WARY of. They were very quick and communicative in accepting my deposit but after a communication issue on their side regarding the due date, they have really shown their POOR VALUES and ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have MISLED me on multiple occasions regarding receiving a refund for the deposit that I paid such that I have had to obtain my money back through other means. With the way I was treated especially by the billing / accounts department who made FALSE PROMISES regarding receiving a FULL REFUND, employees for this company (read : “CON”-PANY with emphasis on the word “CON”) should be going to work everyday with BALACLAVAS and BASEBALL BATS because my experience with them left me feeling as if I was CHEATED & ROBBED. 0/10 experience and would NEVER use them again!!! Just like other customers, they have DECEIVED me regarding the due date and even gave me incorrect information then after telling me that I’ve missed the due date, they tried to offer me significantly more expensive flights at £500 extra per ticket & travel vouchers that I have no desire for whatsoever.Considering that they specialise in tickets to AFRICAN countries which are typically expensive, I IMPLORE & BEG all potential customers of this FRAUDULENT company to do your RESEARCH of this company and consider the AUTHENTICITY of all their positive reviews on here before you are SCAMMED of your hard earned MONEY. I truly hope that my WARNINGS regarding this company are heeded as I would never wish this kind of DISGUSTING TREATMENT on anyone especially when organising something as expensive and important as flight tickets.Again : be CAUTIOUS & VIGILANT with MYDREAMFLIGHT who trade under COMFY TICKETS LIMITED - please research this company too, for a TRUE picture of the kind of company that you’re dealing with. Paid my deposit, they organised my flight without any problems, I would be happy to use this company again , many thanks to all the staff , Kevin byrne

Jokers. Each time I call them they say send email. I send email to customer care and admin on numerous occassion to date no reply. I need my money back. I thought it was a legit business. I was willing to do my future business with them. Not me

Terrible, I have contacted this company on several occasions to end up hearing that their voice mail box is full.This is very unprofessional and is an act of fraud, collecting deposits then not correspond with customers.I have reported my suspicions to the bank and New Scotland Yard and is awaiting their findings.DON’T BOOK WITH COMFY TICKETS.
