I'm writing this review as Roper-Xavier who are at the bottom of my road are doing a whole house wiring, a very big job...The quote was really fair not as cheap as the dodgy Electricians who were £1/2k less, but they were still £1.5k less than recomended Electricians.There was also no hidden charges.They are decent honest highly Professional and mostimportant caring company....I'm actually concerned about the bad review as it is impossible...if there was any problems(i had minor issues) they should have communicated with the team, as not only did they fix problemsthey went above and beyond.We are so prould that a local Watford Business is setting such high standards....

C Roper Electrical Re-wired our house in Watford. They completed the rewire including making good to a high standard within the agreed timescale.

They have a proven track record in fixing and assisting with our home improvements.Bradley from the team is an exceptional young man who is conscientious, friendly, helpful, trustworthy and efficient. He has just replaced 3 double sockets with USB power supplies, fitted 2 lights, replac ed 2 light switches with dimmers, replaced a faulty underfloor heating thermostat and fixed a faulty bathroom light.Thanks again!

I have appointed C Roper Electrical on many occasions varying from repairing plug sockets to a wide range of electrical requirements on our offices and also at our clients properties. C Roper are professional, great value and more importantly incredibly reliable!! I wouldn't use any other electrician in Hertfordshire and would highly recommend their services.

We had 3 external power units fitted with 'internal trunking' which i did not agree to upon initial quotation. Trunking is ugly and i am not happy with this. No one would be. Outdoor cabling is what i was told would be installed. I was also charged extra for this! Did not pay the final extra charge as it was not on original quote and i complained. Why should i have to complain?One unit failed after a year or so as the power switch would not turn off. Contacted the company and they said that i had to pay £75 to replace the unit as there was a crack in the plastic casing. Any damage to the front casing did not affect the power switch therefore this is a manufacturing fault which developed in order for the switch to fail. It should be replaced free of charge. The company should do this as goodwill for the faulty switch as the item was fitted from their company.I am really annoyed about this. I will not use this company again. Frustrating and greedy money grabbing company. I am not new to hiring tradesmen and have never been insulted like this before. Otherwise they are a very professional business in all other aspects. Nice team of employees , the older chap is the issue.

I had them replace an extractor fan in a downstairs bathroom. The job was done quickly and efficiently and at a reasonable price.

Lovely guy came to fix my lights (which i messed up), he sorted it very quickly and offered to check other lights, very kind! Very happy with the service, definitely would contact them again.
