Great gym offering all the equipment you need for any type of work out, not intimidating at all like some gyms can be, with a friendly supportive community feel. James at Inner Athlete is a really supportive personal trainer who is equally as committed to your goals as you are and always mixes things up to keep you feeling motivated. Highly recommended.

I love this gym, I've never felt as comfortable in a gym as Inner Athlete. The coaches are supportive and knowledgeable, they cater for all abilities and it's got the best atmosphere. It's such an encouraging environment and you'll quickly feel like part of the IA family.

Have been attending the Bootcamps and Strength Club and absolutely love it.I have always found going to the gym a very daunting thing but since coming to Inner Athlete I actually look forward to going.The staff are extremely helpful and friendly and make you feel confident and most importantly for me comfortable.Everyone within the gym and classes are friendly.Highly recommend InnerAthlete.

My one to one zoom sessions with my PT have been great at keeping me motivated during lockdown but I really can’t wait to get back to this amazing gym again. Lovely vibe and very friendly plus the best PTs

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to many. The owners James and Jess plus all the supporting PT’s are second to none. If you’re looking for a motivating gym with a real “family friendly” atmosphere, there’s simply nowhere else better.

Inner Athlete Gym
I have started training in this gym about 6months ago. All coaches are very professional, have great knowledge and are very supportive. During recent lockdown they have run online classes every day and it really helped me to stay focus and maintain my fitness level. I can't wait to be back in the gym as it has the best atmosphere, many classes and PT sessions to choose from. I enjoy training there. Highly recommended.

I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at Inner Athlete. This is a fantastic gym!! All the trainers are super nice and take a genuine interest in you no matter what fitness level you’re at. I love how supportive they all are constantly giving tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. Classes and platforms are creative and ever changing and evolving. You never fail to leave on a buzz. Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out!

What a great gym and fantastic trainers. The PT sessions really improved my fitness and strength, the programs was tailored to my goals and they helped me achieve these. During lockdown kept me on track with online sessions and online group coffee chats helping us through this year. Very supportive environment and would highly recomend for someone new to fitness or long term gym goers wanting to improve in a friendly professional environment
