Had previously got a receipt from the Bury store with a price for a trade in on my phone. I couldn't do it on the day as I was not aware you needed photo ID. Went into the Rochdale store today and they would not honour the price previously quoted on receipt and online?? Surely this should be standardised for all stores?? Staff seemed unprofessional and lacking in customer service skills. Will not be visiting this store again.

Very good store, nice and clean. The staff may not be very professional, but are decent and will try their best to help you. There's plenty of stock - but it would be better if there were more. The prices are high, and they should start doing more better discounts and sales.

Waited over 10 minutes to be served. No one came to help and the sports direct staff can't serve on the games counter. Got the game elsewhere instead. Need staff on the tills. This isn't the first time either. Last time I was waiting in a line with 4 other people and over heard a member of staff saying their sick of a certain staff member not serving customers and staying in the back instead of working.... Not exactly good customer service.
