Bought a Honda CR-v today and it is exceptional. Lot's of car for the money, excellent condition, over a years MOT and can't be much different to out of the showroom condition, pretty taken aback to be fair. I've rarely done reviews, let alone for a used car...Bought a car from Murfin Motor company 2 weeks ago . And until now, it is exactly as advertised.John was a delight to deal with. He was very friendly, honest and professional. He even offered me a ride back home after the viewing and picked me up from my house in CB (8 miles away) for the car collection.Can't recommend more!!

Never done a review before but felt this one was well deserved.Bought a car from Murfin Motor Company late last year and it was a pleasure from beginning to end.Jon Murfin kindly picked me up at the train station and the whole process was extremely friendly, patient, honest and enjoyable.Unfortunately there was an issue with the car afterwards but this was resolved very promptly and at a local garage located to myself.Thank you Jon for all your help and patience. Cannot recommend enough.

Bought my 2014 Mini from Jon at Murfin. Couldn't have been a better experience! there was no pushy sales tactics, the car was cleaned and shiny waiting for my when i picked it up. When there was an issue with the water pump withing the warranty, it was sorted the same day at a garage near my work for ease. Couldn't recommend enough.

I have recently purchased a Vauxhall Astra from Murfin Motors and I’m so pleased. Jon went the extra mile to help me out with the loan, he was patient and very communicative. Amazing customer service that I can’t recommend enough. He answered all my questions, he was genuine and hard working. After a previous bad experience with a different car dealer Jon was a God send. I recently bought a Volvo from Murfin Motor Company and am delighted. Discussions throughout were friendly but business-like. The relatively modest stock levels tell you that every car has been carefully chosen - I had been looking for a particular model for some time and Jon's car was the best out there ! I travelled from Devon to purchase and I was sent detailed videos and photographs and Jon answered any queries that I raised and I felt this de-risked the whole buying process. Time will tell but I have a feeling I've bought a very good car.

If I could give Jon 6 stars out of 5 I would. The car is exactly as described. I am delighted with it. Jon gave it a new service and new MOT. Slightly unusual as I was abroad when I purchased and he agreed a deposit to hold the vehicle for me until I returned to the U.K. to collect it. Very professional all round and I would not hesitate to recommend Murfin Motor Company Ltd to anyone.

Our experience with Jon was basically great.He was honest, helpful, and accommodating. He booked in some checks before selling to us even though we didn't notice anything wrong with the car.We had a (very very) minor issue a month after we bought our car and he was very responsive and it was fixed immediately. Really cannot fault the pre or post sales service.Were I to need another car for some reason, honestly I would give him a call.
