From the first time of walking into the showroom i was made to feel very welcome, as well as comfortable. The staff member that deal with me was extremely polite and was happy to answer my questions, and deal with any issues i may have had, and in a way that was professional, but at the same time relaxed and casual which made me feel unpressured and relaxed.Once i had chosen my vehicle and decided to purchase, the whole process was made to feel quick and easy, with all details explained in an easy to understand way instead of loads of confusing technical jargon.All in all i am extremely happy with the whole service, plus the courtesy call a couple of days later was a nice touch too...Many thanks

Good generally. I dropped off my car and you looked at it before you said you would. I asked you to service it and you did this, but it took longer than you said, but didn’t keep me informed. It would have been good to know that it wasn’t ready when you said it should be, so I could have travelled later.

Tony was amazing, he listened to what I wanted & helped me every step of the way, he called me most weeks to keep me informed about what was happening with my new car & was always happy to answer any of my questions, he’s a really nice man who I will definitely go back to when I get a new car & I would highly recommend him to anyone who want to buy a new car.

Took car in for a service. When picking up I was shown all items checked and passed. Brake fluid changed. Noticed the brakes a little more responsive (they were good before going in). The hand break is better now. My driveway is on a slight downward angle and I had to pull leaver up to the highest notch to stop car rolling and put it in gear. Now its no longer a problem. I had an issue with the car before it last went in for a service. Had car on ECO mode and every speed bump I had to slow down for the engine would stop. Thankfully the car behind didn't hit me. That is also resolved and no longer cuts the engine on any speed bumps.

From the minute we were there Danny made us feel very welcome and comfortable . Because I knew exactly what car i was after there was no need for any sales pitches and none was forthcoming. The ordering process was simple and quick and Danny quite rightly pointed out the waiting and expected delivery dates could be 6 months + if my spec car was not in the system. This was the case and at the time of writing this was a common problem with all car makers let alone Dacia. Danny kept me informed on a regular basis on any possible delivery dates without making a definite promise , as those dates slowly went by. When it finally came i could tell Danny was as relieved as me and was going out of his way to insure that everything was done ready for the drive away from me. Brayley Dacia were very good to me and recommend them thoroughly. I hope the after sales is as good.P.Hack MK

Disgusting after sales, would not recommend.My wife bought a Duster from this dealership a couple of months ago and when she saw the car the rear tyres were badly worn. They agreed to replace these but now that the fronts need replacing we discovered that the locking wheel nut key was not replaced in the car.According to the dealership its not their problem as my wife didn't notice it within 14 days of purchase.I would happily recommend the duster as it's a cracking little car, but I wouldn't touch this dealership with a barge pole.Only a shame that I couldn't leave a no star review.

On the same day I visited Dacia in Bedford where I found their service and sales poor so I drove a further 30 miles to MK. I immediately saw what I wanted and was assisted by Joe who I thought was excellent and by the time I test drove the vehicle I was done within the hour then for a further week was communicated to .

The service we received was great. The overall experience was tarnished though. No one told us we had to take our Dacia in to Mazda. I had beep my horn for someone to let us in. The barriers were still up at 0810.
