If I could I give none star.Not one but multiple occasions undelivered parcels on time. paid for next day delivery? forgot you are lucky if is turns up 3 days later.

Expected parcel on Monday but accepted there were staffing delays at Deeside depot. Notified parcel being delivered Thursday...only they tried to deliver parcel to WRONG address! However, I've since discovered they are battling with a new computer system which is not to their liking.

I received a text to say that I had missed my delivery and that a card had been put through my door. Neither of these are true. I sat and watched the red van across the road, there was no attempt to deliver at my address and as the van pulled away, I thought Oh it obviously wasn't for me"

Pretended to try and deliver my parcel, as I can see them on my ring doorbell not attempting to deliver my package and just putting a card through the letter box and fleeing. This is usual practice for parcelforce so count yourself unlucky to have the inconvenience of any of your packages going through their service.

This company is about as much use as a chocolate teapot!I was told the parcel was delivered when it clearly wasn't, and not in my 'safe place' where the company has been told of numerous times! Eventually, after spending a completely fruitless 50minutes on the phone to Parcelforce trying to find out where it had been delivered to, I decided to go 'walk about' to neighbours houses where I found my parcel on their doorstep! No note in my letterbox, no parcel on my doorstep, and just a load of unwanted hassle! My advice (for what it's worth), use the Germans, their far better!
