DUAN BEAUTY

I asked the staff at DUAN if they could remove my nails. They said yes they can. It took them 2 hours to remove my nails. Not only did they run out of the solution to soak my nails, they had told me 10 minutes into the removal of my nails. Not only was it a long procedure they had cut into my skin as they used other equipment to remove the nails. The machinery used thinned out my nail so much that my nails were burning. Half way through the owner said you could leave them half done if it's that painful, I responded no it's okay carry on but just please be gentle. Eventually I couldn't deal with it and ended up crying. Not only did the nails not come off properly but they have now damaged my nails and skin as well as still charging me full price. Someone who works at a hospital I know this is not the service you should be providing your customers. I was not satisfied at all and more so disgusted with the boss. The rest of the employees were lovely. Overall my nails are now damaged and sore.
