PLUCK Kitchens

Our kitchen was at least 50 years old and needed a lot of love and attention. We decided to gut both the kitchen and dining rooms and remake them to a modern standard.We wanted a company that is local - employing local people and using local materials - make durable products and have a strong sense of design. For us, Pluck is the perfect partner. They are based in Brixton where you can enter the workshop and see everything being made, and meet the people doing it. The heritage of the company is in office cabinetry and so they take durability seriously. The carcasses are Birch ply and basically indestructible. And we loved their sense of colour, style and design. A bit of mid-century, a bit of pop and lots of simplicity.Working with Pluck to design the kitchen was a delight. They listened to our ideas and suggested solutions. When we had specific requests - sliding wire trays in the panty - they were happy to make it happen. We even worked together to create some unique pieces we wanted that had nothing to do with the kitchen.Pluck made all the cabinetry in the kitchen and dining rooms. In the kitchen we used a laminate which is perfect for the daily bashing the children, pets and adults dish out. It also brightens up our day. In the dining room we used London Plane veneers, honouring the local trees in our neighbourhood. The veneers have been perfectly matched and are a joy to view. We spend a lot of our time as a family in these rooms and it's a constant pleasure.Equally important as the work, the project was on time and on budget. The inevitable little snags were handled immediately and without issue. The people we dealt with were friendly, kind and professional. We don't have a bad memory of the experience.I would recommend Pluck to anyone without reservation.

I can't recommend Pluck highly enough. They have provided an exceptionally high quality kitchen (with completely pet-proof cabinet doors) that has completely transformed the space into a colourful and uplifting part of the house. They were exceptionally helpful with design and ideas and a pleasure to work with.

The team at Pluck were a delight to work with, so helpful and efficient. They completely took all the stress out of buying and fitting a new kitchen and gave me great advice about worktops and appliances. The cabinets and shelving they designed and installed for me are of the highest quality. Most importantly the team at Pluck created a beautiful kitchen for me that I love and that feels personal and unique.

I've just had my new Pluck kitchen installed and it is absolutely beautiful - so so happy with it. The quality is exceptional, their style is beautiful and the team are a pleasure to work with. They were brilliant at guiding me through the whole design, production and installation process and make everything straightforward and simple. Can't recommend more highly.

I spent 2 years trying to find the right kitchen for me and I am so glad I didn't stop looking until I found Pluck. They were amazing. It was a long process as I had trouble deciding on colours then I was injured so had to delay. Then a family situation used up all the money I had saved to buy the kitchen followed by a long illness on my part but all through this Pluck kitchens were never pushy or impatient. Talked me through all my options, showed me a kitchen in the making. Allowed me to visit on numerous occasions with different ideas and tile patterns. I delayed delivery twice with no problem and they are still available to me for questions regarding installation as I am doing it myself. They are probably sick of me but you would never know as all the team are so lovely. The kitchen cupboards are excellent quality and beautifully made. All fits together with minimum fuss, the final kitchen is going to be striking and a definite talking point. The design, right down to the magnetic handle backs for ease of cleaning is exceptional. Smooth drawer and door operation, and attention to detail is mind blowing. You should see my dishwasher door. I love it so much I am getting a quote for two more doors for the under stairs cupboard. Thank you to George, Lloyd, Leila and all the team for looking after me so well. Excellent customer service accompanied with excellent craftsmanship is a rare thing to find these days.

So in love with our Pluck kitchen - every time I come into the space I feel happy and the kitchen is now my favourite part of our home.The experience from enquiry to execution has been wonderful and all the Pluck People are lovely and professional - from the first enquiry with Georgia, to George showing us the showroom (and being so great with our 3 year old son who'd tagged along), to emails with Leila, Chloe on production planning and Yann taking the lead with making the cabinetry. Any small issues we had were quickly and professionally dealt with which, when you're going through the stress of a large renovation, is very important!The cabinetry is superb and so carefully considered - the handles come apart so you can clean, handy hidden knife drawers are thoughtfully executed and they even made us a bespoke kitchen roll dispenser which is a work of art. The laminate is also kid-resilient, having been subjected to a 3 year old using the kitchen as his very own scooter race track and all scuffs have simply wiped off.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pluck to anyone and thanks to all on Team Pluck who were involved on our project - you've given us the happiest home hub. ☀️

I can't really say enough about Pluck as they are so totally and utterly amazing. First of all their products are simply beautiful and I am yet to see a better kitchen. Their products are all custom made using sustainable materials so they look good and you feel good too. The service - I mostly worked with George - is incredible and I trusted them 100%. I am so over the moon with my kitchen and once the room is decorated will send through photos. They are more than 5 stars they are 2500000 stars!!!
