Heidi Barton Reflexology

I have been suffering with a long term foot injury due to marathon training for several months and seeing no improvement through using traditional treatments such as physio and recommended doctors remedies. I looked into alternative remedies as a last resort which is when I met Heidi. After my first assessment and treatment I felt an instant improvement, the pain had reduced and I was able to get back on the running train again! I couldn’t quite believe the results and the way it made me feel after just one treatment. I will definitely be back and using reflexology within my training plan for my next big run!

I booked a reflexology treatment for no specific reason, other than to pamper myself - I am so glad I did. Heidi’s treatment room is a little sanctuary and I felt so cozy and relaxed. Heidi has such a warm caring nature and her massage techniques are divine, I didn’t want the treatment to end. I slept very well that night! Thank you Heidi.

I came to Heidi after several years of suffering with regular UTI’s. I have kept up regular treatments and have found my infections to be a lot less regular. Reflexology with Heidi has really eased the burden in my life, I couldn’t be happier! As a bonus, the treatments are also super relaxing and can always guarantee a fabulous night’s sleep!

Absolutely lovely relaxing treatment! Heidi was polite and welcoming! The room smelt amazing. I had been struggling with my sleep leading up to the treatment but actually managed to doze off for a part of the treatment and have been sleeping much better since! Can’t wait for my next treatment!!
