I can’t thank this company enough with helping me set aside my CCJ (as a result of a parking ticket going to my old address). Everyone I’ve spoken to has been so friendly and helpful. Emma dealt with my case quickly and kept me updated every step of the way. I can’t fault the company in any way. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in the same situation. It’s a huge weight lifted now my CCJ has been set aside thanks to Emma.

Unfortunately due to being between houses I missed a few parking tickets which eventually spiralled into CCJs before I could realise what was going on.5 months, some money and some paperwork later and both CCJs are gone.The benefit to my mental health has been worth it alone as I now know there is a future with regards to getting a mortgage and not being locked out of credit for years. I cannot recommend Lender & Court services highly enough! They are experts in what they do and worth every single penny. Right from the beginning I was made to feel like I was in safe hands and told that L&C would do their upmost best to provide me with the outcome I wanted. I was firstly contacted by Luke who explained in full how the process would work. I was then passed over to Lizzie who is an absolute credit to the firm and has been nothing short of amazing. I was always contacted with any updates on my case and if I ever had any queries my calls and emails were responded to within a couple of hours. This company has allowed me to fight a legal matter that I could never have attempted to do myself and I would highly recommend that if you are in a situation regarding the removal of a CCJ then you need to contact L&C and get the ball rolling asap. Professional, effective and genuineWhen I first found out Lender & Court Service I was pleased to find that there is a professional company that will help remove CCJ. I moved addressed and then didn't get the paperwork, CCJ was issued and had a huge impact on my life. I was declined a mortgage, a mobile phone monthly plan, which I haven't had before.My casework was professional, responsive and managed my expectations very well. She filled out ALL the paperwork and all I need to do was sign. Also, she included a very clear and easy to follow step by step guide to sign the paperwork.I now have a mortgage and all done and dusted within the expected timeline.I highly recommend their service.

Used Lender & Court services to help get a CCJ set aside. Couldn't be happier with the service they provided. They were really professional throughout. They got all the relevant information they needed off me at the start and then cracked on with it, just emailing with any updates until they actually had agreement from the other party to set aside the CCJ and they completed all the court docs for us. All we had to do was sign and post the final application. We've had the CCJ removal confirmed now.Prices very reasonable given the amount of money it's going to save us in interest rates.

I rang lender court to discuss a situation, and they gave me honest and practical advice. I felt as though they truly wanted to help and that they weren’t just after my money. Everything they explained to me was in language that I could understand and I went away feeling confident of my next steps. I can’t remember the name of who I spoke to on the phone but they were immensely helpful and I will definitely be recommending the company in the future!

If you're reading this & unsure whether to spend the money or not, i was once in your shoes.I found out i had CCJ when i tried applying for a flat for me & my partner on May 2020, the company that placed the CCJ was actually the same company i was working for at the time, it was even the case when i changed my address i had told them about it & luckily enough i kept a photo copy of the document i filled in stating i had changed address.After finding out i had a CCJ my natural reaction was to pay off the CCJ thinking then it would be automatically be removed, obviously that was not the case, i emailed the courts of proof of me paying and got told by the courts i had to wait 28 working days for it to be satisfied, them 28 days came & it was still showing as not paid.I rang Lender & Courts to ask how could they help me if i showed them proof i was not living at the address at the time i had a CCJ against me. They told me step by step in what they would do & it sounded good. It took a few months because of Covid 19 but that didn't stop Emily Cook (the person who assisted me through my case) to get hold of the Claimant & their solicitor to agree a consent order to get the CCJ set aside.Me & my partner are now due to move into a new home along with a baby on the way, i have left the company that gave me the CCJ & joined a new company. Believe me, i have had sleepless stressful days & nights, but thanks to lender & courts especially Emily Cook i can now get my life back on track.So if you have read through this, spending the money was worth every penny, you don't have to do anything but send across documents to prove you wasn't living at the address & sign a few documents once the Claimant agrees to set aside your Judgement.Thankyou Lender & Courts, carry on what you're doing helping others like you did with me.

Appalling end to a service that started out well but ended acrimoniously and in dispute itself. With the switch of about 4 different paralegals over the course of my case over the course of 2 years, a severe lack of consistency throughout, coupled with Barristerial services that were paid for but not delivered to the specification that was paid for I cannot give this company the 5* review.

I would definitely recommend Lender & Court Services. They took on my case and told me it was possible to get my CCJ removed and they delivered. Despite setbacks they continued on and chased Lowell (the debt collectors) and eventually we got there. They are trustworthy and reliable, constantly keeping me updated with emails. I am very happy with the outcome and cannot thank them enough! The relief of getting the CCJ removed is worth the money it costs.
