When my 7 year old desktop would not start on Tuesday morning I called JM IT Services who agreed to inspecting it at their workshop. Within an hour Jason gave me 3 options to get running again. I chose to have him custom build a higher specification replacement machine which was on my desk by Thursday afternoon; working better, with more flexibilty and looking identical to the failed system which had been copied so no familiarisation was required.Excellent.

Jason, the business owner, is very knowledgeable and has managed to fix all my computer problems over the past few years. Bearing in mind that my advancing years add to me not being very tech savvy he has a great deal of patience and is able to explain any problems in a simplistic manner. His repairs always seem to be very affordable and I can highly recommend JM IT Services.

I am a pensioner with serious problems of comprehension in the world of laptops. Recommended to me by a satified customer I visited Jason's workshop where I found someone who could explain things in a way that I could understand, was patient with me and solved all the problems I had. His workshop is a scene of quietness without the jangle of conversation found in shop front venues and the ignorant, such as my self, are treated with greater respect than we deserve. It is an oasis in a desert of confusion and a centre of competence for those advanced in the skills of the digital age.

Jason (the owner of JM IT Services) is a wizard. He has backed me up, advised me, and made it possible for me to work from my home office -- for several years now.
