The Frugi clothes are made from organic cotton and are soft, comfortable, and stylish. The Grimms wooden blocks are made from sustainably sourced wood and are perfect for open-ended play.I'm so glad I found Babipur. They're a great company with a great selection of toys. Went above and beyond for me. I emailed then with a query for a discount code as I did have one but lost it, and they emailed back almost instantly with a new code for me <3.I ordered some gorgeous wooden food toys for my son, and they can perfectly wrapped in immaculate condition and such great value for money. Babipur have really proven themselves to be a great company, with really, really excellent customer service!! One recent order, two separate issues (neither issue was their fault). Firstly, I ordered a new Olli Ella toy, through PayPal, there seemed an issue with PayPal, but it did go through eventually. I got a phone call, a couple of hours later, a lovely lady from Babipur, asking if I had intended to order the same doll twice, two separate transactions?! I absolutely didn't and hadn't realised it had gone through twice?! I couldn't believe someone had, a. picked up on this and, b. gone out of their way to phone and check? Without any hesitation, she had refunded me for one of the dolls! Amazing customer service!!Saved me a lot of hassle and money!The 2nd issue. Once I received this doll (very quick delivery). I wasnt entirely happy with the product itself. I emailed Babipur and from the get go, they were so responsive, professional and polite! They offered me various options to help resolve the issue, and, allowed me to take some time to think on it. I then came back and asked for another option, which they kindly agreed to! I always say, you really learn what a company is about, when you have a problem, problems can arise with any company. But it is how they deal with it, that makes them either stand out as great! Or a company I'd avoid using again! I can honestly say, I will absolutely be shopping with Babipur again, and, again, and, with complete confidence! I hope your team get recognised for the amazing work they do!I find good quality customer, can be rare these days! Its wonderful to see it still exists.
