Borough Taxis

I ordered a taxi with Raymond last night for 1130pm and waited 20 mins before calling and asking when he would arrive.My calls were denied at first but eventually when I managed to get through on another number I was told in an angry tone that we was waiting for me and had sent text messages to confirm the booking .This was not the case as I had my phone with me at all times and had received no messages or calls.Raymond’s angry tone was quite shocking and I am not sure why he took a dislike to me and spoke to me in such a rude and unprofessional tone.I do not recommend this driver at all.

Found Raymond’s details from Google search online. Contacted him and booked airport transfer.Was very responsive and helpful.Would recommend

I regularly fly internationally and Raymond has been my go-to driver for Dublin airport runs for the past 18 months. He is extremely reliable (100%) which is everything when you have an early morning departure or late night arrival. The one time he had an unexpected mechanical issue with his car, he arranged for another driver to pick me up and made sure I was well informed as to the change in plans. I highly recommend him!
