Natalie and Han at Fletchers have done an excellent job at letting my property. Whenever I ask questions or have requests they are answered and dealt with promptly and effectively. They also were able to secure tenants very quickly and take care of the administration and process of settling the tenants into the property in a very professional manner.

First time working with Fletchers to let and manage our house in Chiswick. Great experience overall. We are particularly impressed with Natalie Manin, Director of Lettings, who really knows how to market our house, at a right rent and to the right tenants. Her associate Edward Brown, Lettings Consultant, is also very hard-working and professional, following up things closely. A great team to work with, highly recommended.

We used Fletchers to find tenants and manage our rental property for about 10 years. The standard of support was excellent most of the time. There was one lapse about 4 or 5 years ago when maintenance works and a change of tenant went awry, but Fletchers made it up to us financially afterwards. Since then we have had a 5 star service, with Bridget Kerin (head of property management) managing our property personally. She was efficient, pragmatic, straight-talking, and able to manage the tenancy effectively to the satisfaction of all, including our tenants - who eventually bought the property.
