I had a lovely lady called Donna who served me today. She was so friendly and very helpful with my enquiry and put me at ease and she told me not worry everything will be okay after getting moved from post office to post office. I will be coming back to this post office in future. Keep the brilliant work up Donna. Very happy customer.

The post office is located INSIDE the Waverly Mall next to the Waverley Bridge. I was in and out within minutes thanks to the Self Service machines and a little help from the customer service rep. I mailed 6 postcards @ 2.20 GBP (British Pound) each which is equal to $2.68 USD each.

I went in in the post office to renew my driving licence. Lorna was a great help with great customer service and a service with a smile. I would highly recommend coming to this post office as the staff are so helpful and friendly. Thank you for the great service :-)

I had a very lovely experience and all staff I encountered were super helpful and pleasant especially Donna who was an absolute star! She went above and beyond to help me with my package, even gave me tape and later put on extra tape to secure the box, advised on different mailing options and recommended the best one for me. Went to get holiday money and recieved the best customer service I've ever in a post office. Donna was just brilliant, above and beyond helpful, chatty and just lovely. I had initially just come in for cash, but she explained the travel money card so clearly that I ended up with one of those too. She totally brightened up my day- we need more Donna's and the world would be a better place!

Eva was very lovely and helpful assisting me sending my parcel using the self service machine! I remembered having a long day at work and she came to offer some help which I really appreciate, because let's face it who really wants to queue Friday 4:30PM :)

I use this branch quite often and I can not fault it one bit. All of the staff are extremely helpful. I often find my self at Donna’s counter & she really does go out of her way to help with anything I need.

Went into the Edinburgh Waverley Mall post office to renew my passport. At the counter We were met with Esther. Esther was super nice, super efficient and polite. Very good service.

I went to the post office for a post. I was greeted by Eva, who was very friendly and helpful. She helped me choose the best option for my parcel, weighed it, and printed the label. She also gave me a tracking number and explained how to track my parcel online. She was very efficient and professional, and made the whole process easy and pleasant. I was very impressed by her service and attitude. I would definitely recommend this post office and Eva to anyone who needs to send a post/parcel. Thank you, Eva, for your excellent work!
