Longthorpe Post Office
I have been using this Post Office now for many years and have always found the staff extremely helpful and friendly. Over the last year the shop part of the building has been extended and they now can provide hot food and drinks. As a village facility, it can only be described as excellent. I was very disturbed to read the poor review from 3 weeks ago by a person who found the Post Office closed and no reason given. There was a very good reason for the closure as a serious event had occurred and the staff were still traumatised. I think a bunch of flowers should be given not two stars!

Fresh food. Milk, drinks,sweets,and much more. Friendly staff too. My and my sons 1st time in. We are house sitting.

Excellent service. Very friendly, helpful and considerate. With knowledgeable and reliable staff, it’s just what a local post office and store should be. Great place to get snacks and drinks too.

Small shop and Post office in Longthorpe village, sells sweets , bottled drinks, a selection of grocery items, nice assortment of sweet pastries , freshly made sandwiches.Post office has the all the usual facilities, stamps , bill paying , money transfer etc...Staff are very friendly, and always willing to help.

I love the post office it’s so easy to walk to and the filled rolls are very nice however I just wish the lady on the till was a bit more happier and smiled a bit more and not so abrupt

A quint little post office store which has Lottery, hot food, essential grocery and even a little sweets area. The post office is well stocked with different sized envelopes, and greeting cards. The staff are always friendly.
