Fantastic! I couldn't be happier!Right from the start, the company was helpful in finding a match to my exisiting coving. Emails were replied to promptly and clearly and everything was painless and easy. I ordered a sample and was happy with the product - it was a close match and looked great.Sam, my installer was brilliant. He arrived nice and early and laid down correx over my oak floor to protect it, something I was concerned about becoming dull with pplaster dust. I've never had a tradesperson take so much care and consideration over my property before! He told me he used to be a carpet fitter so no doubt that's why he was able to do such a good job covering the floor. There was actually far less dust and mess than I thought anyway because Sam did all the dusty cutting work outside and this really helped keep the dust down inside the house.The actual installation itself was carried out to a really high standard and I honestly can't speak highly enough of Sam. Friendly and polite and nothing was too much trouble. He even did a small repair on some damaged coving in another room where an electrician had previously had to chop part of it away - this was not part of the quoted job at all, yet Sam was willing to help, even though I'd only asked his advice on what to do with it.Last be be installed was the ceiling rose - after measuring, I decided we'd should move a light on the ceiling to ensure the ceiling rose was positioned centrally (it was about 8 inches off and would have looked odd) - however the electric cable was too short to be able to do this and I couldn't get an electrician to come and extend it until the next day so it looked unlikely that it could be fitted. However, Sam came back the next day after he'd finished his other installations - something he didn't need to do but I was hugely grateful for! He really went the extra mile to provide a good service and he's pretty much the whole reason I decided to write this review!! It's well deserved!!So in summary, a good company with solid professional people, hence the 5 star review.

Thank you for supplying the product and fitting it in a short time frame. We are totally delighted with the result; it looks stunning.Please thank Sam and Josh for doing a fabulous job! Martin and I were talking on Monday and what we liked most about them was that they just turned up, got on with the work and didn't give us any problems or issues to deal with...if there were any we certainly didn't know about it. Please also thank the staff in the workshop that made the product too....beautiful!In our view the service and product your company supplies is simply outstanding and we're already talking about the product, workmanship and whole experience to other people we know.

Look no further.. these guys are the best!I spent a bit of time looking for the right product and went with Victorian Cornice Company due to their range, reviews and high quality, friendly advice they provided on the phone.Originally I had planned for my decorator to install but when he saw and felt the fibrous plaster cornicing he recommended we get a specialist.We called Victorian Cornice Company back and explained the situation including that there was a time pressure given decorating had to be halted until the cornice was installed.They were incredible.. they managed to move things around to get Sam and Josh round within a couple of days. They did our living and dining rooms in one day and the result is nothing short of superb.Sam and Josh are masters of their craft and the quality of the finish is flawless. They are also just great guys, very friendly, and highly professional. They put in a massive effort trekking from Birmingham to London and back in what would have been a very long day for them.We are so grateful and so so pleased with result. These are the guys to use if you are looking for fibrous cornicing/moulding supply and installation!!

An amazing team of highly skilled individuals who are able to create masterpieces in a bespoke manner. Very rare is it that the ideas of the customer manifest with such perfection, care and professionalism.Not only was Luke able to capture the vague ideas that I shared but he ensured at each stage of the process, that I understood. This demonstrating his wealth of knowledge but also his absolute passion for his work and this resonates from all that work for Victorian Cornice.The coving and rose that they created is art in all its form, truly thankful.

Such lovely and very, very helpful people. Katie was extremely friendly and helpful right from the outset and guided me so well. I needed my products ASAP and they got them ready for me even before the stated time. Luke was very helpful and provided great tips and advice and went out of his way to help us with the fitting. Great selection of products and my coving was beautiful. Absolutely highly recommended without a doubt and I will definitely return when I will be decorating my next home. Really really pleased.

The fibrous plaster cornice is a high quality product which looks absolutely fantastic. The installation service was prompt, professional and very good value for money (as was the cornice itself). Overall I'm more than highly satisfied, will be using the Victorian Cornice company again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their products and services - very impressed.

We have placed an order with this company. Two days later we've realised that we need to exchange a few pieces. I was informed that we will be charged £100 for the return!!! The parcel is size of a shoe box and normally would cost £5-£6 to ship! I was told that they have large warehouse" and the rest is for putting it back on a shelf. Job that will take 30 seconds as they are all the same items in original box! We've also used another company (with much bigger warehouse) where returns are free. Which is pretty much standard those days. Avoid this company at all cost. We literally feel scammed."
