Nationwide Vehicle Rental (MILTON KEYNES)

Never use this anymore, arrived late for 2hr without anyone call when delivery and pickup, Vehicle come with lots of scratches, and the claim is made by you without providing any evidence that was not made by me and want to charge me £450 without a single photo show the damage.Make sure avoid book anything form them and warn your friends not using them!

Would have given a zero star for this if there is an option. Single handed f-ed my moving schedules, 2 days in a roll. They had a flat tire situation that caused a failure of the delivery, but I did not get a single call from Nationwide regarding the issue until I called after they exceeded their promised delivery time. They said they would send a replacement at the later time slot which, no news again until I called, with the reason of No Driver available" even I offered to pick up the van myself and apparently you cannot. So they offered and promised to send a replacement vehicle on the next day and later the day I received an email about the reservation was turned down due to an incident involving an allocated vehicle

Terrible customer service. I have used them twice and a both times something went wrong.First time they were ridiculously late delivering my van (outside of the 2 hour window that they specify)The second time after giving the details of my Dad two days before, on the day of my rental they phone half an hour before it was due to say that my Dad was to old to be covered by their insurance, despite having 2 days to tell me that and I had a short time to make alternative arrangements.After the booking was completed I received the expected email that I would be receiving my deposit back, it took nearly 5 months to get that after wasting time sending countless emails and making countless phone calls in which nobody called or emailed me back.AVOID THIS COMPANY

Rented a van from here when moving house. From booking the van to picking it up, it was really easy and hassle free. They have such a great selection of vans to choose from and it is much cheaper, and better, than the services that offer vans for rent by the hour!All of the staff are really helpful, professional and explain everything in full when you pick up your vehicle. All you need to do is make sure you return it with a full tank of fuel - no paying for a pence per mile driven!Would highly recommend this place - it will be my go to place for van rentals in the future!

I waited home all afternoon/evening for the driver to collect the van from my house. No one showed up and I was not even warned of the delay. I called on the next day because I was worried, and instead of being apologetic or trying to send a driver asap, I was reminded that I was liable for the van (parking fees or fines) until it was collected. It was very annoying considering that I live in Central London. They showed up the next day around 11am. I found this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. Never again.

Told to leave a key in Bush and it will be picked up in 3 days absolutely appalling attitude. Read term's 24 working hour pick up...going back to enterprise as these are difficult from start to finish ...

Awful customer service, refused to collect the car in the given window of 0800-1000, refused to give any update or even a 6 hour window (or any window) of when the car might be collected.Said the car can be collected in the next 72 hours in their small print.Said the would call me back with an update by 1300 latest today (Saturday), of course they didn't, and this just happens to be when their offices close so I cannot even call them to chase again.You have to do everything right for them, provide them all the money and security upfront. They provide exceptionally poor service in return.I'm left stranded feeling like an idiot for using this company for a very simple transaction. DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE!

Absolutely scammers, im chasing them to give my deposit back 500£ already 3 mounts, they still didnt . They send me email that all was fine and the deposit will be back within 10days but never happen. Also they have change my car 3 times before sending it to me .AVOID

Avoid at all costs, pick up/drop off apparently is within a 48 hour window rather than the 2 they advertise (in the small print somewhere), so we had to pay extra days of parking until they came and picked it up 2 days later. They have ridiculously high admin fees for any penalty charges, even though you settle those yourself, you also have to pay them for basically sending through an email. And finally get ready to wait for more than a month for your deposit back.. overall probably the worst experience I've had with rentals in the UK. Save yourself the headache, look for something else!
