Excellent staff! Very friendly and helpful. They suggested a place for breakfast, ordered a taxi for me, and even helped me bring my bags out to the curb. I could not have been more pleased.

Great services, close to Edinburgh Castle. Very safe, they will place your luggage at the reception at it will be supervised all the time, no other persons having access there.

Location is easy to find since it's just off the royal mile. The hours are ideal for long travel days, Staff were friendly and accommodating. Would recommend for anyone staying in the area.

We left our backpacks here, not once were we worried. Great staff who are super trustworthy and friendly. Location is amazing if you are staying along the Mile.
