Fantastic service and a much needed addition to Stretton. Tommy, the manager,is warm hearted and knowledgable. My mother and I needed new phones and Tommy took us through all the pros and cons of all the options. He transferred over all the information, apps, contacts etc to our new phones with great patience and skill and they work brilliantly. What’s more he’s local so I feel reassured that I can pop back anytime to ask the inevitable silly questions you get with a new phone and I know Tommy will be happy to help.

I visited this shop on Thursday 21/4/22 to enquire about their service. The shop keeper was rude and unhelpful. He was not interested to do business with me probably because I am Chinese.

I am extremely happy with the phone and the deal I got from the company. I wanted a new iPhone and Mr Cadman recommended one that ticked all the boxes. Speaking with him helped me get exactly what I was looking for and he gave me excellent customer service. He also recommended me to get my phone insured which I did. I didn’t feel like I was getting a pushy salesman service that you get when you’re hounded from other providers. I will go away recommending this service to others
