Direct Cabs

Booked a taxi for 12'55h to go to Sprucefield and take the bus to Dublin Airport... The bus was leaving at 1'15h... And well... They haven't turned up yet... Hilarious!!!!! Phoned them at 1h asking where they were as I had to take that bus, otherwise I would miss my flight... They said they will be here in 2min!????? Phoned again! To cancel the taxi as it was passed my bus departure time and they hang off!!!! Are they gonna give me my £350 flight back!?????? And my time, holidays, and Christmas!?????

Awful, rang at 10.47 and told taxi would be 10 mins, rang at 11.18 to be told it was on route, rang again at 11.29 & told they couldn't give a time... told operator a woman had initially told me 10 mins, he replied that he had been on since 6 & no way a woman took my call... I'm well aware of the difference between a male & female voice!Edit in response to reply, I was told a white Skoda would be a few mins yet 10 mins later my mum was still standing! If 3 taxis where ordered from the pick up address then that is your operators fault, I phoned to check on a taxi that had been ordered, NOT to book another as u imply

Been using Direct Cabs for last few months now usually from Moira to Lisburn. The prices of taxis are probably the best about especially Lisburn. Every time I get lifted I feel really comfortable in the car as the driver who lifts me always seems really dead on. I don't ever feel uncomfortable or discomfort as they are really easy to talk to people. Never had a problem with taxis being late or not being able to do a lift for me. They have really helped me out alot and will be using them for the foreseeable future hope the business picks up more as these guys works tremendously hard. Good luck with 2018 guys because I'll be certainly still using this company. Despite what other people think!!

The staff are unprofessional and a bunch of liars. Called for a cab on numerous occasions and they have never turned up. Multiple phone calls to enquire about the whereabouts of the cab, they promise it'll be there soon. Find a better cab firm in Lisburn and don't use these JOKERS.

One star seems to high a rating. I only use this company when I can't get a taxi anywhere else. Might as well just wait the other companies waiting time. They seem to hate turning business away that they always tell you they can get one to you. Before even speaking the operating was ready to tell be the driver was on the way. 15 minutes later (after my initial 25 minute wait) it turned up. It would be different if the dispatcher and drivers were pleasant but I'm yet to experience it. Definitely won't be using again, if I've to wait I'll wait.

Awful company, terrible customer service.Booked a taxi and was told it would be here in 10-15 minutes. Waited outside for the taxi after I booked it. 40 minutes later and no taxi had shown up so I called them back. Was told a taxi had been waiting outside and I didn't get into it so it would be another 30 minute wait. After explaining that no taxi had shown at the address I was passed to another woman on the phone who just said There's no point arguing" and hung up the phone. Called them back and was passed to a man who said "Look mate

0/5If I could give zero stars, I would. Rang and was greeted by a rude lady, ordered a taxi 50 minutes in advance. After waiting 15 minutes I rang again to check it was coming, I was assured it was. When it finally got to be 25 minutes late, I rang once again to cancel. The phone operators with this company are quite possibly the rudest and grumpiest people. Do not order from this taxi company, it's a waste of time.

Direct cans are and have always been reliable. Staff are extremely helpful and polite and make sure ur journey is as comfortable as possible. Would never use any other taxi company as this company have never let me down...1st class service

Other Lisburn taxi companies were booked out for at least an hour. Premier said 2 mins and the taxi arrived straight away. Very professional on phone and most friendly driver. Will use again. Thanks!
