For a number of years I have been a landlord of a flat in Central Park Towers - during that time I have been dealing with Gemma Crocker and Smeaton Towers Management in general. Their responses to my queries have always been swift and informative. Gemma in particular I have found to be helpful and professional, mixed with a good sense of humour, which always helps! Central Park Studios are located close to Plymouth University and the City Centre. All students are an important part of the city especially as its the ninth largest University in Britain.Accommodation at Central Park Studios are larger than normal. They come equipped with a kitchenette, Washing machine,fridge & cooker. A shower room and spacious living area with a double bed. Wifi is available.The building is well maintained, On -site staff are on hand to deal with any matters arising. The office staff Gemma, Sue & Natalie are experienced, efficient and available. They are extremely friendly and approachable. They receive deliveries and organise any maintainence required.Central Park Studios offer a great space to live and study. Make it personal to you. Be comfortable & enjoy your University life.Kim

Lovely student accommodation, really spacious and fully equipped with private bathroom and kitchen. But what really sets it apart are the admin team who are professional, friendly and always answer queries quickly.
