We paid in good faith £11,500 (had to be cash!) for a X6 that broke down the day after we picked it up....we have spent over 1k trying to get it fixed....and he just laughs at us...picture of his standard of work....glue!Update...BMW informed us that the engine has water damage, the DPF filter has been removed and could not pass an MOT he did laugh and say he had a friend who can get them!" the cars electrics have been messed with so much

Changed my timing belt along with pump, alternator and brake fluid. Quick service, very helpful communication beforehand and good quality work for a good price. Would recommend this garage to anyone.

I was looking for a local BMW specialist on Google & these guys popped up, reviews looked good & as they are only about 10 minutes away I thought I would give them a go.I called & booked in with Maggie & a couple of weeks later Adam carried out a clutch replacement for me.I supplied all the uprated clutch parts & whilst that was being done I also got my gearbox oil changed, a stainless pivot pin installed, all new bolts & bushes for the gearbox & the clutch delay valve removed.The car went in at 9am & at 11am I received a message saying that the flywheel really needed replacing as it was very badly damaged (along with an image showing the damage) I was told they could get me one on the day & the price quoted was not much more than what I could buy one for online which was surprising, some garages knowing they have your car on the ramp & you have no other options may have charged a lot more, so I see this as a good test of this garages morals.The next message I got was at half 4 saying the car was ready for collection along with all the images of the parts fitted & all the old parts taken off which I thought was a nice touch, I have a few cars & have been to a lot of garages over the years & I don’t think any of them have sent me pictures of the work.I picked the car up & straight away it drove exactly like I was hoping it would.Regarding the price I don’t really want to put the exact figure on here as it may cause them issues with other customers expecting the same job for exactly the same price, but all I will say is that when I ordered all my bolts from BMW I did ask them for a quote just to fit the clutch & they quoted me £750, Adam was around half this price so in my opinion very reasonable especially as he did all the other jobs as well not just the clutch, which no doubt BMW would have added at least an extra hour labour on for (BMW's labour charge is £150 an hour for anyone that wants to know.)All in all I am very happy with the work Adam & Maggie carried out & wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to my friends & family.

Good mechanic albeit very very busy like most at present I would thoroughly recommend him especially if you have a bmw.
