I had an excellent shopping experience at Lillywhites in Piccadilly Circus. This sports store truly impressed me with its wide range of sports gear and equipment. The store’s layout was organized, making it easy to find what I needed. The staff are knowledgeable and helpful and will usually provide good recommendations .What stood out to me the most was the store’s selection of branded sportswear, from top-notch football jerseys to high-quality running shoes. Whether you’re a professional athlete or a casual sports enthusiast, Lillywhites has something for everyone. The location in Piccadilly Circus is convenient, making it accessible to both locals and tourists. Moreover, the store’s commitment to quality was evident in the durability of the products I purchased. The prices were reasonable, considering the top-tier brands they offer. Lillywhites in Piccadilly Circus is a go-to destination for anyone looking for sports gear in London. I highly recommend it!

Horrible experience with the staff, the lady at the counter, who called herself Martha was extremely rude and unpleasant and refused to check on an item that was tagged incorrectly. She said it happens all the time which clearly means poor service levels are a standard. She claimed to be the manager, I hope that is not the case. Staff like that should not be given a customer facing roles.

We were so lucky to be served by Ingrid in Lillywhites Piccadilly. She was so helpful, so knowledgeable, so friendly. She is definitely an asset to Lillywhites. Definitely coming back again. Me and my daughter we are pleased with our choice of shoes advised to us by Ingrid. The service is great. Thank so much, Ingrid. Thank you, Lillywhites.

Lillywhite's was once a tremendous store with a load of different sporting stock in the centre of London, now it's still an iconic store, but simply an outlet for Sports Direct.

You would think the birthplace of the game has a ton of options for boots but London is really hit and miss for boots. The only remaining Lillywhites ( all other stores are Sports Direct) is a good option for selection . Staff was helpful but stock was lacking in some sizes for top flight options.

Great customer service here especially the 5th floor running section. Came here a few times already and this is my go-to store for sporting goods whenever I’m around the area. Was looking for some running shoes. The staff is knowledgeable about the products and gives you good advice and recommendations. Better store compared to the Sports Direct on Oxford Street (near Tottenham Court Road). I had a question and they didn’t blink an eye.

The store itself is fine. Still a bit pricey but whatever. But their staff are some of the most miserable sales assistants I've ever come across. Rude and unhelpful.

Well, Lillywhite calls itself 'the finest sports shop in the world'. This is a bold claim. Sadly, it doesn't really hold any more. There were no shoes at all in my size (UK14/EU49), leest the court shoes or the cycling shoes I was looking for. I used to be able to choose between several designs (I last shopped there a year ago). The first question I was asked was which brand I wanted, not for which sport or whatever. There was only one type of racket grip and that was hard to find. More generally, there isn't really any good quality kit any more. It's only the entry-level stuff. There are some staff you can ask questions to but they are hard to find. Realistically, Lillywhites is more a branded clothing shop now, not really a sports shop. Sad but true.
