Beth and the team are very friendly. They listen to exactly what you want. Got offered a hot drink whilst I was there too. I love my new hair. I definitely would recommend this salon.I've been back a few times. This is now my regular salon. Both Beth and Jamie-Leigh have made me feel very welcome, I just had a top-up colour treatment and wash and blow dry with Jamie-Leigh today, and I am very happy with all of it.

I had my hair cut on Saturday by Ji. My hair was extremely long, thick and curly. I asked for a restyle, 3-4 inches off, long layers and shaped around my face. Ji did exactly what I asked for, with confidence and knowledge. She gave a wonderful head massage while shampooing and finished my hair with a fantastic blow dry.She was really bubbly and chatty and the salon had a lovely, relaxed, friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended.

The hair care is both high quality and super professional, and the skills and service you’ll receive from this Salon really are second to none. Beth is an absolutely amazing Hairdresser. Very knowledgeable and literally, just “gets it”. Ask and you shall receive! The attached photo is myself on the left with the hair I wanted on the right. Beth tailored it more to my face shape and hair type too I am so pleased with the results! Alex is a great member of the team too and after a few previous horrific hair disasters, I am thrilled to have found this little gem in Southchurch. Been trying to find a good hairdresser for 10 years. Lots of bad cuts and loss of confidence along the way. Finally found this place and the owner was fab. Did a great job. Restored my confidence to go to a hairdressers.

My daughter (10) had 17 1/2 inches cut off to donate to LPT. The hair cut she received is great, she really loves it, hasn't stopped playing with her hair and trying different styles with her new short hair. Everyone was welcoming and made us feel welcome. Great friendly atmosphere.Thank you for giving my daughter a wonderful hair cut and making her first experience in a hair salon an very positive one

This hair salon is so welcoming & friendly.Sharon is fantastic at colouring and Beth the owner is larger than life & makes the salon such a happy place.My hair is always in good condition and I always come out with a lovely cut from Sharon & feeling a million dollars.

Another fabulous cut & blow dry by Beth today who finished off by giving me a slight curl to my Bob. Getting plenty of compliments so thanks Beth and see you again in about 7 weeks
