Beauty Box Stirling

Was very happy with my experience with Seda this week, very professional and efficient and put me at ease. If I'm back in Stirling I will definitely be using their services again.

I had a very good experience today at the Beauty Box. I was a walk in and luckily they were able to accomodate me. Had a gel polish removed and then a fresh manicure and gel. Looking good! And I will go back.

I came across Beauty Box accidently during a nail emergency" and I've never looked back!I've been going to Beauty Box for nearly two years to get my nails done - roughly every three weeks. Everyone is lovely and I'm always made to feel very welcome. Customer care is paramount

I love this beauty box salon in Stirling. I saw this in the city centre. I walked in and was greeted right away with friendly smile. Obviously that was the first time without an appointment so I had to wait for a few minutes because the salon was busy. But it was worth visiting. It was very clean and price was reasonable compared to other salon...My nail tech (Raj) did my nails amazing and she is veey friendly... She took her time and treated me very well.. she recommended few designs and the outcome was perfect. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I have availed different services as well and very satisfied with the service. It has become my favourite salon in Stirling now.. Definitely recommend to anyone... :)

Lovely, friendly and kind staff but the gel manicure I had was pretty poor. She nipped a cuticle which bled and was sore after. My nails weren’t properly painted so there were areas without the second coat and top coat. One nail dented the day after as it was too soft and another nail started peeling the day after that. Not worth the £25 sadly.

I recommend Beauty Box Stirling very highly. Extremely professional and friendly. Raj is stellar with eyebrows & eyelashes (threading, tinting) and rescued me from a botched brow lamination. Inga does a brilliant gel ombré effect on my nails. They're both so nice and talented. I was hesitant about switching from traditional nail lacquer to gel polish, but the quick-dry + durability cannot be denied. I’m a happy convert!

Don't go here, they've lied and made accusations. Don't do their job properly, and despite bleeding in 6 places along my cuticles, there was no acknowledgement, apology, cleaning of the injury, and no discount or refund for it. I didn't say anything because it was all obvious! When it came to paying I politely said that I wasn't okay with the blatant bleeding that had no care towards it I was told that it was normal but I haven't ever bled when having my nails done. Despite the woman at the desk saying £40 and then the injuries where made aware of, the other woman, Raj, said that the cost was now £45. My mother showed up for me to see what I was talking about, saw the injuries and saw that a nail doesn't even fit properly and the women still declared £45 with no refunds or discounts. As we walked out after my mother paid, we were told to not come back.My mither had no intention on saying anything but she decided otherwise upon the rude comment. I left to the car while my mother said what she wanted. My mother came back with the words of she claims you where rude and disrespectful" which I was not while raj made no conversation and I sat peaceful while trying not to flinch from the pain. Even a customer tried to get involved which was unnecessary and the filthy looks me and my mother recieved was disgusting.In short

Horrendous. Avoid at all costs. The owner is awful. After reading all the other negative reviews, it was like reading exactly what happened today. Rude, ignorant, and all after mentioning things weren't right with the nails AND the fingers of blood being wiped away with her own non gloved hand! No antiseptic, no steriliser, hand gel, nothing. No apology. Paid in full then as we leave without any other words, she shouts to not cone back.Hopefully the nails last longer than 2-3 days as reviews have shown. If they don't I'll be adding pictures to the reviews, let everyone see.Oh and reading your response to negative reviews..... its obvious you do a lot of lying.

I was due to get a manicure and pedicure gel nail set ahead of my holiday, which I booked 2 weeks in advance. This was the first time I was going to beauty box. I always saw their work through the window walking past and thought I'd give it a try as the premises looked nice and always busy.Ahead of my appointment, I received a missed call from beauty box on Friday (less than 48 hours before my appointment)- I was in work when they called so I was not available to answer. I returned their call with no answer on a Friday evening and Saturday. Since, they didn't leave a message or email me I assumed that this was a courtesy call ahead of the appointment and simply just a means of confirming that I was still coming. I arrived for the appointment at 12pm on Sunday 14th and they were closed!!!Couldn't believe that they would only reach out to a first time customer once ahead of a cancellation. They had my email also, so they could have also tried another means of contact.So disappointing and 2 days before I'm due on holiday. :(
