Ami Brow & Lash Bar

I went in for an eyebrow tint and thread, first of all I’ve been here before and the owner had done my eyebrows and I loved them every time, this time I went in and it was a new lady, she went straight in not asking how I liked them but neither did the owner before so I trusted it, right after she threaded she went in with the tint not asking if I liked the shape how I liked the shape after drastically changing my entire brows, I had went from medium thick straight asian brows to high arched thin eyebrows when I had little to no arch before which I hoped she’d keep the shape… I now look angry 24/7 and will not be going back

I literally live 100 miles away but when I visit Rugby I get my brows done here. Ami is amazing, so professional and talented! My brows have never looked so good and they really last. I've never had henna brows before, usually just a thread & tint, but Ami inspires such confidence that I knew my brows would be in good hands and I was delighted with the results. I will definitely be coming here again and highly recommend this salon.

Fantastic service from Ami, she is very experienced and knowledgeable. I visit Ami regularly for waxing and eyebrow threading. Ami always treats me with dignity and is very professional.

Worst experience ever. Never visit them for nails... never! They charge £35 pounds and said that they would last for a month. Where as this pictures tells their condition within 6 days. horrible and unfriendly staff. I regret going there very unprofessional staff. She said it might had happened because of lifting or working...lol if this was the case it would be for one nail and not for 4 of them. When I went there to inform them they told me they can remove them for me and charge me another £15 pounds. Why they are putting on nails when they don't know how to. I mean I paid £35+£15 ...£50 just for 6 days. I wish I never went to them. The lady on the counter was in a hurry she didn't even attend us well. Never going there again. I have been to other places which charge less and last for more than a month.

Ive had my brows done in different cities including Manchester, Birmingham and London but no one can thread brows like Ami. 100% recommend.
