The materials she uses are superb, from the lustrous silks to the divine laces - she’s introduced do many different styles of Cluny Lace as well as beautiful Liberty patterned silks. The bespoke pieces are a joy to see when they arrive in the post, or when I’m fortunate enough to visit her at the shop/studio - there’s so many goodies to choose from.Thanks for your marvellous work Ayten; you and your team are the best in the business. The quality is exceptional and the people are utterly lovely. I usually find bra fittings a bit embarrassing because of my scars, Ayten was utterly professional and kind, there was nothing awkward about the whole experience. The pieces I bought were truly beautiful but more importantly incredibly soft and comfortable, and while I was trying different styles, she altered a piece for me on the spot (frankly I suspect magic is involved - the woman is a wizard!) I cannot recommend Ayten Gasson more highly.

The quality of products, the eye for detail and the customer service here is quite simply amazing. I came here just to buy a bra and ended up leaving with candles, a note book and a beautiful eye mask! Oops. The shop is full of lovely items and I love that the owner actually makes the lingerie on site, it was really fascinating to watch! I have to say people, whether you're a local or a visitor, it's well worth a stroll up to the shop, it's just 10 minutes from Brighton station and it makes a nice change escaping the crowds. Thank you Ayten Gasson for helping me choose the right bra, I love it.

Absolutely fantastic customer service! I ordered online and requested my package to Germany. Unfortunately, we had enormous problems with German customs, but Ayten gave everything. She took care of the entire delivery/customs process, so that the order found its way to me. All items are so beautiful and obviously of high quality. They fit perfectly (I ordered size L) and I'm glad I found your shop online. In Germany I have not found anything that is comparable to silk underwear in terms of service / quality.

I could not have had a better experience! Everything was beautiful, I booked an appointment and had a full hour of 121 attention. I got to pick my own colours and lace and yet it’s incredible value. If you enjoy lingerie and are in Brighton you can’t miss it.

I have bought multiple items from Ayten and I must say that the whole experience is positively delightful. The service from Ayten is both personal and efficient, with quick responses to questions. Everything is beautifully packaged and you feel really special when the parcel arrives. The lingerie is so well-made from stunning fabrics and lace. I have always found mass-produced lingerie to be mediocre and uninspiring so I am pleased that I have found Ayten Gasson. Incidentally, even though I live in Australia the parcels always arrive quickly.
