They do not pay some of their workers matter how many hours they’ve worked, but luckily I’m not too bothered. I also started working without training (I had never done care work before) and they didn’t bother to do a DBS before starting. For all they knew I could of been a risk to their clients orNot worth the risk as a client or worker.

Would thoroughly recommend this agency!Carers are vetted fantastically, everyone we’ve had have been fab.Naish who has helped us to achieve the care plan we needed. He has a very nice approach. We have used other agencies but by far this is the best and we will not be changing again!
