Had a beautiful haircut.I had an appointment for 1 hour but cause of long hair it was meant to took 1.5 hour. They arranged a different hairdresser for me and sorted things out.The hairdresser was very polite and provided great service. She was very friendly and had a nice experience. She even curled my hair as I was going out with my frnz.Would definitely go again soon for my hair color.

Visited this lovely salon last weekend. Friendly and professional staff. Offered a drink on arrival and seated by Olivia. Caitlyn , my stylist took time to discuss colour options along with styling and treatment options. Love the restyle she has given me. Great team with a friendly atmosphere. Salon was clean and welcoming.

After a terrible hair experience elsewhere, Stella has restored my faith in hairdressers.She took time to talk through what she could and couldn’t do and was totally honest.She’s very skilled and just an all round lovely, warm person. Found my new ‘hair home’Left feeling so much happier with my hair.Beautiful salon, lovely friendly staff and great experience.

The receptionist was friendly and attentive. I was offered a drink when I arrived. Tanya as always was friendly. She asked how I had managed my hair since my last cut. If I was happy with the style and was very clear in her suggestions for my style. Tanya has given me the confidence to try a new style and I always feel happy and confident when I leave. I trust Tanya and she is the reason I continue to go to Toni n Guy.

Everyone was friendly and helpful. Very professional atmosphere but not uptight with it, a very relaxed environment. This salon is a credit to the organisation. Left extremely happy. Libby my stylist was wonderful. I was so pleased with the haircut she created for me. Libby was friendly, warm, patient and obviously an Extremely skilled seasoned professional. Couldn’t praise her any higher.

Just went in no appointment the customer service lady were very helpful and fit me in the hairstylist were helpful I explained what I wanted on photo of hairstyle just some thing i can do myself my hair looked okay when finished but with in a hour of leaving salon and coming home my hair had dropped flat to my head i called in to see my daughter on my way home she got the shock of her life when she seen my hair .. with it been spiked I'm not sure what my hairdresser can do to put it right .. this morning i washed it and tried to do what i can to spike it up but the short bits are just falling flat I'm not happy for what I paid .

I love coming to the Newcastle branch just to see Tanya she is amazing understands what the customer wants whilst advising on what type of style or cut is needed to keep hair healthy. I have full confidence in her. Amazing finish and someone hands down has the best customer service. I hope she never leaves I would recommend Tanya to anybody!! Absolute credit to the company

Hollie was brilliant. She understood exactly what I wanted out of the appointment, and without any photographic examples provided by me, was able to style a cut that will grow into something more manageable and flattering for my hair type. Hollie also gave me some really good advice how to maintain it and keep it healthy, which was incredibly useful for someone who struggles to keep it looking as nice as it does after leaving the salon. I am so much happier with my hair now and will most certainly be booking another appointment shortly.
