The wonderful lady was a marvel with her hands! Buffing my horrid feet to a gorgeous shine& even though she was dying for her lunch break she did my finger nails also! Lovely & relaxing. Best 30 minutes money can buy! More men should try it out. Thank u all ladies

I have been using Serenity for my eyebrow and upper lip threading for more than two years . Last Saturday 4/11/23 , the lady who did my eyebrows cut my skin while she doing threading , I understand it might have been by accident but she never said Sorry. When it started bleeding she put cooling gel on it and it sting really bad . Then she moved on to getting payments and never said one Sorry till I left. And I also find it a bit annoying that they are chatting with each other too much when they are serving their customers. That seems like they don’t have fully focus on what they doing ,I guess that is also why my skin got cut and left with blood.

Very pleased with the service. My therapist was friendly and professional, took time to make things perfect, gave suggestions. My nails look great and I will be back for sure.

Highly recommended! The ladies here are nice and accommodating and they all move fast! I've had my eyebrows done (threading) and eyelashes (perm) here! I decided I will be their frequent customer! Special thanks to Nilo (if I am right with the spelling of her name) she's accommodating and she'll make you feel that you are in the right hands!
