Annette and the team have built a really welcoming community. Six months in and no two works outs have been the same but every one has pushed me to work harder, now I'm seeing results. If you're thinking of trying Crossfit Inrz out, do it. It's the best decision you'll make.

Only a spectator but love it

I'm so glad this has come to Innerleithen! I hadn't been to a CrossFit box in ten years. The memories of how much I enjoyed it had faded but I'm hooked again!This is a great space to work out and has premium equipment too. The place has really just opened but after a taster session and just 4 WODs I feel like it's been around for ages.Thanks and congratulations to the whole team at Crossfit Inrz for getting it up and running.

I've been a member of CrossFit Innerleithen for about 9 months or so and I absolutely love it. The owner Net is brilliant and has created an excellent coaching team and facility. I've met so many lovely people. Furthermore, CrossFit is incredibly effective at improving your movement, strength and fitness ❤️ Do yourself a favour and give CrossFit a try.
