We needed a loan unit whilst our autoclaves were out of use and the staff at Dental decontamination were so helpful, they went out of their way to help us at a time that was convenient for us. Austyn has always been very professional and knowledgeable when he has visited for validation, installation and any maintenance of our existing sterilisation equipment. Excellent service from dental decontamination.Wesley has been a font of knowledge and exceedingly helpful in assisting us in the purchase of a new autoclave and washer disinfector. He is always quick to respond to any questions or queries you may have.Tim who installed both products is also a credit to the company, very knowledgeable and patient with us during the training session (we had a lot of questions!)Excellent service all round and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.
