Dreadful. Do not ever consider these guys. Don't be fooled by their brand, pretend customer service etc. Continual change of timescales, no care whatsoever. They are happy to charge the upper end yet dire. Do not go here!Had the great joy of returning again to resolve further issues. Didn't take long to hear numerous phone calls delaying customers, blaming sketchy issues.Remember Wrights are charging a premium cost yet providing a bargain basement service.Do not go here with any expectations of time or first-time resolution.

From start to finish dealing with Wright's Accident Repair they were so friendly, professional and efficient. First class repairs. A shout out to Nikki on reception who gave you a warm welcome. A great advertisement for the company. Would also like to give a shout out to Tanya and Matthew at Provincewide who deal with WRC. Would recommend their services to anyone.

Absolute contempt for their customers. Staff rude, deny everything, poor job on car.

First off I want to apologize publicly for my immature behavior on the phone!Secondly you guys knocked it out of the ball park in terms of the repair right down to the wing mirror scratch that was completely unrelated to the repairsThank you for looking after my car!

Would have been less painful to have to pay for it myself.Firstly, my car was left in the tow yard for 8 days before wrights collected it. Didn’t think of making an enquiry as to why they hadn’t received the car. I had to make this happen.Had to wait 2 weeks for a courtesy car and only got one because I persistently called them until one was available. When I did get offered one, it was covered in scratches, had a terrible odour and what looked like cigarette burns in the seat.After I complained, I got given a different car and was told I needed to put petrol in on the way home. They weren’t kidding. The fuel range was zero meaning I had no other choice than to try and make it across the 4 lane dual carriage way to fill it up.The link they provide you is completely useless with the date my car would be ready being changed 3 times, on the days it was suppose to be ready, until not bothering to update at all and showing TBC.The staff were as useful as the app, telling me it would be ready the following day, then they need one more day, then another day. A total of 7 times the date was changed. Only getting my car back after 1 month.And the the final insult? They left the big white stickers on the new parts installed behind my grill which I can’t get off and was told to call in to have them removed. Another hour of my time for their mistake.Avoid.

Worst repair service ever!!! First of all I had to wait from March until May to obtain a rental car post accident after constant calls and emails! Secondly I went for a test drive when I came to pick the car up and it was evident that there was some issue with my suspension,(which they confirmed), because I could hear it over even the slightest bump (just as I could post my accident). The insurance company of course would not fix this for me and then even showed me that a spring was broken on one of my tires. However, they did not bother to ask me if they should fix it while they were working on my car, (I would have even paid the difference had I been asked), and it is EXTREMELY difficult for me, to say the least, to take time off work and to find a mechanic around my hours of work. So I was very unsatisfied with their lack of service, wait, lack of professionalism and extremely poor customer service - and that’s putting it lightly! Horrible just horrible!!!! Disgrace! No consideration for other people!

They are brilliant, great to deal with took my damaged car away on the 21st June, got it back July 25th. What a lovely job they did on it, oh and valeted it also,Lovely and smooth transaction on the car fix, they also kept me in the loop with updates. My car is a 2020 ford puma and is sitting in showroom condition, you have tried the rest now try the best, Wrights Accident and repair centre, Carryduff.. Very quick and polite staffs in there.They speak to you with maximum respect

Needed two wheels and tyres apparently. If there was a lower score I’d give it. A total joke and not at all as their automated voice service suggests. Over 5 hours to fit two wheels and tyres. If that’s the length of time for just that I’d definitely avoid them. Paying for anything with your own cash. Avoid them. Wanting honest service avoid them. Speak to the manager when u come up. Oh he’s just popped out. What manager pops out when they’re about to close. Who needs to do that. They never contact u back. They leave u a car you cannot drive due to it being a manual not the automatic as promised. Definitely I would never ever come back to them seriously this isn’t just a rant as I have used wright in mallusk on a couple of occasions. One being to spray a car the correct colour when the dealer did it wrong. They were great then. They should be renamed the first and last.
