I ordered 2 cheese and jalapeño pretzel they were uncooked and stale. I always have these pretzels from Ealing Broadway but their pretzels are worthy paying for.This place is so ridiculous would never like to recommend anyone. And I hope I get those 2 pretzels on the house if the owner is really concerned about how they’re doing the business!

Expect to queue!!! Its always so busy but worth the wait! Pretty quick service for the amount of people they have to serve & most of the pretzels are fresh out the oven! Only reason im giving a 4 and not a 5 is sometimes they don’t want to make fresh batches so you don’t always get what you want. Cheese pretzels are probably the best ones on the menu!!! Nugget portions are so generous. I am recommending!!!!

We purchased a tub of sticks, cinnamon flavoured,And we were so disappointed. A complete waste of £4.60 for soggy, flavourless dough that made us feel sick. Put off these old time favourites for life.

Service is shocking. Jasvanti was extremely rude. We have ordered and she said we need to wait for one of the orders. We switched it so we don't wait as we were in a hurry. Then she still made us wait. When we tried to explain there was a misunderstanding and we don't want to wait, she didn't want to listen and was speaking over us. Then she made us pay additional 70p as we said if we are waiting we want our original order. Jasvanti was extremely rude, loud, interrupting and not caring at all. Out of principle I will never buy from this place again if I see this woman there again.

Enticed by the aroma of Auntie Anne’s Pretzels at Brent Cross shopping mall, I always find myself having a Cheese Pretzel (£3.60). I have absolutely no qualms about standing in the long queue watching the staff roll out the dough and twirl and bake them right in front of me. I suppose waiting is all part of the anticipation. There is a wide selection of both sweet and savoury Pretzels to choose from including flavours such as Cinnamon Sugar, Sweet Almond, Sour Cream Onion and Pepperoni. Don’t settle for one. Try them all. These really are the Prince of Pastries.

Staff were rushing order despite no one waiting to be served, on a quiet Saturday morning. I don't know if it was a language barrier or a problem woth noise but server didn't seem to understand anything I asked, which lead to repeating my question several times. In the end the ordered food and drink was nice, but has been better previously.

Best pretzels. I LOVE pretzels and this place makes me love pretzels 10 times more... I come here quite often. There's always a bit of a queue - I don't blame people though! My favourites are vanilla, cinnamon and jalapeño. I prefer to purchase the pretzel sticks (they're easier to share with friends and family). People are complaining about the speed and politeness of the employees but whenever I go they're very fast and polite - you have to be patient when there's a long queue...
