I purchased a vehicle from JR'S cars, trading in my own car. There were a few issues with the car in question and after 3 visits to the garage most apart from 2 issues were professionally resolved.I made an error with the car and it is not really suitable for my requirements, so I rang the garage to see if they wanted to buy it back. I have had the car about 8 weeks of which 12 days were back with them. I was offered 2,000 less than I paid.You must make up your own minds.Thank you for your incorrect message, with the car you had in px the cost of your advertised car was £5,995 so £4,500 in actual mathematics is £1,495 reduction.For the 3, yes three times it was in the garage for the knocking noise, you can see why the review was at it was.I think people ought to be very careful when choosing to use your garage. Such a shame as I had excellent service the first car I bought from you.

Got a car from here last summer when they were West Country Value Cars,had problems with the car, in the first 4 months the car spent most of the time with them, the Company was handed over to the son and became JRS Cars, I'd had enough but was refused a refund, I am now left with a useless pile of scrap metal that still has 6 months worthless warranty, i went to a dealer because I thought I would get a car I could drive and not have to do repairs myself when I got it home, I could have got cheaper junk buying privately, not happy. They did offer me another car and it was the same model, only it had a huge gouge down one side and ran almost as badly as the one I wanted. I took the car to a Diesel specialist who told me the engine was unrepairable , they did offer to let me trade in the car, but I couldn't afford to buy anything else as they had just had £4000 off me which was all I had available, £4000 for nothing feels great, to them maybe.

Bought a rav 4 from JRS about a month ago and would highly recommend - very trustworthy team, and the car came with a year (!?) warranty which is pretty nuts. You won't find too many dealerships specialising in Ravs and these guys clearly know what they're doing

The service received was fantastic, superb. Jim and Ray so helpful and although busy, spent alot of time with us All the guys were very courteous and car choice good. Pity they didn't have an automatic in our price range, but we bought a lovely manual car at the first visit. We would absolutely recommend them to anyone.It is customer service as it should be, which is sadly lacking in many, many aspects of life today. If there were 10 stars to give the rating, they deserve them all!!!

Great initial impression, with a very professional and friendly response from James who stayed late to allow me to view the car after work. On arrival the vehicle was ready for me and spotlessly clean inside and out. After a warm welcome, he simply gave me the key to go and have a test drive - after which he politely answered all my questions. No hard sell and no nonsense, just good old fashioned customer service. Got a very fair trade in on my old car and the small items needing attention on the new one before delivery were sorted out for me properly and in quick time, even small stuff not normally part of the deal like a handbook and extra key. The brand new MOT and 12 month warranty really inspires confidence in the buying process but even without that you just feel that the guys actually care about doing their best for you. A few weeks down the line and having experienced a small issue with the vehicle they have demonstrated excellent after care by accepting full responsibility and going out of their way to sort it out as quickly and painlessly for me as possible. So, overall, I am very pleased with the whole experience and would wholeheartedly recommend West Country Value Cars. Good to know that there are still some honest, reliable and professional car dealers out there.
