I went into the shop 2 days before ascot and Dean managed to find the suit including top hat in all the right sizes. He was very professional and helpful from start to finish. Thanks again!!

Brought a suit a couple of years ago, and was happy with price and fit. Thought I would try here after getting nowhere trying to buy slacks and blazer/light sports jacket. Total lack of service and prices seem to have upshifted.

Bought DJ and shoes for son's school prom. Excellent range of quality and economy suits for all occasions, with more available online. Attentive staff who were patient and welcoming.

Decent selection of formal and informal shirts, quality and price reasonable. Accessories are a bit pricey but mostly worth it. Great deals on multiple purchases and customer service at this shop was very good.

Absolutely terrible service. I ordered a dinner jacket/ black tie suit with everything to go with it. I especially told the guy in the shop I needed extra long arm length in the shirts. I didn't have time to try everything in the shop, so I thought jacket and trousers would be fine as I was confident about the shirt. To my dismay that evening when trying everything on, the shirt was way way to short in the arms. I called the store, only to be given the run around for over 2 hours and eventually told by the very rude staff that it was my own fault. Utterly ridiculous behaviour.Be warned if you dare to hire from here. It will arrive incorrectly and you won't be able to do anything about it in such a short time, other than beg or borrow from a friend like I did.

Suits were great. But trying to organise collections and returns in multiple locations was an absolute farce. They were not clear on billing at all, one friend had to clear balance before taking his suit - I wasn't able to clear the balance on the phone or online so they had to pay on my behalf.Was also asked to clear outstanding balance which we weren't aware of nearly a week after my wedding. Not exactly a great thing to have to do on your honeymoon.Poor communication with customers.

Terrible service. Ordered a suit on offer in a certain size. Was told it takes max 1 week. After 4 weeks it still hasn't arrived and then was told the offered has expired and now have to pay higher price for that same suit.Staff not helpful at all.My advice is use a different branch.

Ordered a suit with kilt a while back as part of a groom wedding party, whilst we had issues with measurements at a different branch, the staff here were excellent in fixing the issues and alleviating any concerns we had.A great wedding was had by all!

The Team at Moss Bros was great! I was invited to a black-tie affair at the last minute. They gave me the option of a black tie for hire, or reasonably priced purchase. The purchase price was so reasonable for the Moss brand that the difference from the hire price was negligible. Their customer service was at a very high level and I felt like the center of the world during my purchase experience. I highly recommend these guys for nice men's clothing.

Service was above and beyond. Spoke to Dean (manager) and George on consecutive days and they not only offered great advice they went above and beyond to help with my situation, even battling through the website for me, which had a couple of issues. It’s a competitive market, but I’ll definitely be returning to Moss Bros over the others in the area
